Not only did Caliber correctly diagnose my computer twice despite misleading information provided by one of my computer part's manufacturer, but they were true to their word and never charged me a dime for the diagnostics despite the labor it took to finally resolve the issue. I would recommend Caliber Computer for all electronics-related work, as my mother was impressed when Caliber Computers installed her router a week later. It was a eye sore and a mess to say the least. He traced every ethernet cable, marked which room it was, ran sound and data through it to make sure it was in good condition, and wired and replaced each connector to either a A or B standard (look it up). After completing the ethernet cable testing, he provided and installed a 1 gigabyte 16-port network switch so each ethernet port in my house would have instant internet access. He also recommended and helped with setting up an old router into AP mode so I could use it as another access port within my house while extending the wifi signal! After the setup was complete, he showed me how to run internet speed tests and how to setup my routers if I ever needed to change anything. He easy to get along with and explained every step of his work. If he didn't remeber how to do something, he would simply look it up instead of potentially messing it up. I could tell he loves his work and I highly recommend him for all your IT needs.

Total scam! They butchered the installation, spitting on every promise they made and leaving us stranded. They shoved damaged appliances full of dents and scratches down our throats, banking on us being too stupid to notice their junk. An assistant manager spewed lies about fixing it, only for them to call the next day and demand more money for installation we already paid for upfront. To top it off, we spoke to a manager at the Nashville location who was outright rude, treating us like garbage for daring to complain. Their customer service is a disgusting sham--dishonest, useless, and infuriatingly arrogant. Avoid this pitiful excuse for a store unless you love being scammed and disrespected. By the way, Ethan was a pleasure to work with and tried to help - but the others in the store was a waste of time and effort. I noticed that the owner responds to these reviews but offers nothing to address issues in his response. Only saying things like "it's unfortunate" or "we hope to do better to regain your trust". My plan is if we don't resolve this issue in the next few days, I'm going to load $12k worth of high end appliance on my trailer, haul them to the Cookeville store and camp out in their parking lot with a huge banner saying how I was scammed and sell my appliance in the parking lot for penny's on the dollar.
