I went for an evaluation and learned in 5 visits I would no longer struggle with piecemeal dental treatments that was simply slightly preventative but not a cure. Yes, expensive but if the full mouth implants work as well as they should, no more pain, no searching for the right professional, no more poking or drilling or cutting for a temporary fix and no more bone loss. I had 22 teeth pulled, 2 implants pulled and replaced with 8 new implants for full mouth denture. I thought the office had a wonderful system of providing you accurate information so that there was no surprises throughout the process. I think the Roseland office did a super job. All the girls and doctors where great to me. Professional, attentive, caring and in 2 months, procedures completed. I would recommend this office to anybody without regret.

They set the appointment for the procedure within 2 weeks of payment!! I thought they were great too at the beginning but after they get the money you will see who they truly are!!! I still didn't get my temporaries back because he asked me not to come back on the premises!!! What did I do other than ask a few questions about what I was told at the time of me signing? What do I do now??!!! I suffered a tremendous loss not just the money but the chance to have this perfect smile they promised me!!! Where's your morals Dr. Andrewis? He's really an artist when he works on your mouth - he is very careful and notices even the slightest flicker of discomfort and will quickly readjust to make sure that even the longest procedures are painfree. He is also great at giving you very clear explanations of what his is doing and why and helping guide you to the best choice. His dental assistants are wonderful as well, and have been with him for years,and you can tell how much he respects and values them and vice versa. They're very confident and also quick to step in to guide and inform you, and they go a long way to making your experience a very easy one. Everything is done in house, quickly and with a lot of compassion. Its such a long way from the usual large, impersonal dental practices. Here everything is very person and you feel like everyone really cares about you and their other patients. Sheila, Dr Farbman's wife is the office manager and receptionist, and she is so warm and caring. She remembers every detail and is always friendly and smiling and quickly puts all your fears at ease. She is incredibly efficient and will always make sure that you get the right appointments, that the office runs smoothly, and does so while being incredibly nice. There is never a wait at Dr Farbman's. He manages his time so well. After years of hour long waits for a dentist, I am so grateful for someone who manages his time and that of his patients' so well. I've had a number of procedures done by Dr Farbman and he is the absolute best dentist. I drive over 30 minutes, because he really is worth it, and the person who referred me to him has been his patient for over 30 years and also has nothing but glowing praise for him, Sheila and the rest of the office. I had previously visited another surgeon who was overcharging simply because they knew the pain I was in, but thankfully, I found Riverside. Dr. Richer was hilarious, made me feel completely comfortable, and gave a detailed explanation of my X-rays. The entire staff at Riverside was just as kind and funny, which truly made the whole experience so much better--especially for something as unpleasant as wisdom tooth surgery. When I went in for my procedure, they even gave me a free shirt, which was both hilarious and thoughtful. After surgery, they provided a head wrap and an ice pack, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Small touches like these really matter and show the level of care and thought Riverside puts into their patients. My husband and I paid over $5,000 to have his wisdom teeth removed. We signed a treatment plan for…read moreone thing and were charged for far more. The surgeon did discuss what he planned to do, so it doesn't seem it was a "something came up during surgery" deal, but several things were not listed on the treatment plan we signed with a price. My husband was told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen after having impacted wisdom teeth removed which was the anestheisologist's decision to be fair. When I called the office because he was considering the ER due to the pain, a nurse, over the phone, insisted it could not be dry socket. She did not see my husband, is not the physician, and felt it was appropriate to give medical advice over the phone. I requested he see another surgeon in a different location (same practice). It was dry socket. The surgeon in West Orange was fantastic. The communication in West Caldwell left a lot to be desired. After the correct antibiotic was given and he was treated for the complication, we thought we were all clear. We went on with our lives and then received a bill the other day for just under $1200. I spoke with billing, I spoke with the office, and honestly, legal fees would be more expensive. I understand "things happen in surgery" and if our insurance covered this we might not have to pay it, but we couldn't ask insurance if it was covered because it was not what we signed up for. I honestly do not feel it was a change, because he mentioned a bone graft being part of the plan all along. I do not recommend the West Caldwell office. This was such a disaster and we finally could breathe and now we can't again. I would recommend the West Orange office. Dr. Brown in West Orange was excellent, and the surgeon our dentist requested him to see in the paperwork he sent over. I only wrote down the name of the office, not the surgeon he recommended so that was ignored on the paperwork when Riverside received it. The surgeons are fine, the West Caldwell office doesn't have it together so be prepared to do their job while you pay them far more than you agreed to.

The entire staff is superb, kind and very caring, and Dr J. has a gentle touch, never rushed, and explains everything as he is working on your teeth. In addition, they have the most advanced scanning and milling equipment to produce crowns on the spot. (Yes, the same day!)
