Truly one of the top 3 worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The receptionist audibly…read moresighed with annoyance when I walked in the door, proceeded to talk about how she can't believe so many people haven't filed their taxes yet loud enough for every person in the office to hear and then tried to berate me for not owning a printer.
