I have been suffering from severe anxiety my whole life, mostly when it comes to my health. Mia's knowledge and expertise in this area are paramount. I have tried different therapies before, but I have never, ever met a professional who provides you with so many techniques to deal with anxiety, IEMT treatment and specially her hypnosis sessions, which are my favorite. She helped me to get to the roots of my anxiety and work from there to overcome it. The hypnosis about my childhood has been an incredibly valuable experience in my healing journey. For me, Mia has been the best. This is the first time in my life that I am able to regulate myself when I am anxious (thanks to all the exercises I learnt with her) and enjoy my present life without being constantly worried about my health or what might happen in the future. I still have my moments but they are much, much less frequent and not as powerful and debilitating as they used to be. She also taught me to how to see those moments as true learning lessons instead of just pure setbacks. I also noticed wonderful improvements in my self-confidence and my relationships with others. Overall, I feel more calm, confident and happy. What I also love about Mia is her kindness and her quick ability to respond to me on the occasions I needed it the most and her flexibility to adapt her support and techniques to my changing needs. She always goes the extra mile. I can guarantee you that if you choose her, you will not be disappointed at all.
