My husband and I went to see Cara for an Intuitive medium reading, but we had our own individual sessions. She was amazing!! We both agreed immediately after our sessions, that she was very warm and professional! She opened my heart and my eyes from her spiritual insight. She has an unbelievable ability to connect with me as a person as well as the spiritual world. Thank you Cara for sharing your incredible gift with us! read more

Over the past two years, I have been going through so much in life and need guidance during my course. My mind has been boggled with so much confusion and uncertainty. While the uncertainties are still there, Cara has given me hope, and steered me towards a course for my happiness. I'm curious to see if what she has said will come into fruition, but I'm not pressured to feel that I need to know or experience those things right now. She even fit in a last minute session for me during one of mental breakdowns. She also referred me to have a sound healing session which I will be having tomorrow. Thanks Cara! read more

I had experience with Healing Touch in the past and understood about energy levels and chakra's. I was in need of some healing energy and I felt "congested". So I searched for healing energy practioners and Cara's website seemed to leap up off the page at me. I had never experienced Reiki or a reading before. I have always felt that there is so much more to the skin and bones of the physical body, and so I was very open to seeing what it was all about. I could not believe how spot on and accurate Cara was. SHE KNEW ME! I left Cara and our session and felt like I had gained a new friend. I could't wait to get back to her! I can honestly say that Cara has changed my life in the short time that I have come to know her. I have already referred a friend and she too had an AMAZING experience. I highly recommend a visit to Cara and her beautiful healing energy! read more

I came across Cara and her services while looking for a Reiki Healer in my area via Yelp. I read further into her ability as an empathic healer and everything that correlates with this tremendous gift; most intriguing to me was her ability to read someone while using her touch. After contacting Cara and setting up an appointment for myself and then my sister, I was instantly filled with excitement, and if I'm being quite honest, a bit of caution. However, upon our arrival and after receiving a warm and inviting welcome by Cara, I was put at ease almost immediately. She welcomed us openly and with no judgment. It never felt pushed or forced; everything from start to finish was organic and extremely comforting regardless of the information I received. Cara just had her own beautiful way of conveying her findings to me and I left there feeling as if this woman has always been a part of my life; something that just doesn't happen with me. As for the reading itself, I didn't arrive with preconceived notions, but I didn't expect the depth of the information she conveyed to me either. She touched upon things I've only thought to myself and have never spoken of out loud, except in my prayers. The level of information she provided was amazing and unnerving, but in the best way possible. I truly feel blessed meeting Cara and very much look forward to seeing her as often as I can. This beautiful soul will change you, truly read more

No doubt in my mind that Cara has been blessed with an incredible gift, and she so generously and lovingly shares it with others. I've been on a spiritual path, and I knew that she understood my heart better than most. She helped me to see that much of the pain I've been carrying wasn't mine, but was passed through my lineage. I had been drawn to the topic of ancestry and how we carry the pain of those in our lineage, but Cara brought it to light for me and gave me a new meditation practice to help me let go of burdens that weren't mine to begin with. I am so very grateful for my time with her and will continue to see her for clarity and guidance. She is a true healer with the gift of being able to connect at a very deep energetic level. I am so grateful I found her. read more

I recently had a session with Cara and cannot say enough good things about it. It is difficult to put into words how magical of an experience it was. She gave me tremendous insight into my soul purpose in life which I am just on the brink of understanding. She also gave me two meditations to do after leaving. One to help me heal my congestion (I'm recovering from a cold) and express myself. The other is to help me go within myself to learn more about the transition that I am working through. I'll definitely visit Cara again. It was a wonderful experience! read more

Cara is phenomenal. I am truly amazed by the work that she does. I have struggled with hormonal imbalances and irregular periods for most of my adult life. Last year I had a session with Cara while I was in Germany (she was in California) regarding this issues, and the very next day I got my period. I was in awe. Fast forward to a year later and I am still struggling with having a regular period. So I contacted Cara again. And this time, the very same week I got my period again for the first time in 6 months. It's remarkable to me. In addition, she gives helpful meditation "tasks" to do on your own to continue your healing progress, which I have been enjoying and benefiting from. I highly recommend working with her. read more

Cara is an amazing guide and healer. I was feeling a little lost and unsure of myself. Although, I had plenty of ideas about where I was headed and what I wanted to do, I just couldn't put my finger on it. I became stagnate and finally decided to reach out to Cara for some insight. She was able to tune in and redirect me towards my path. In my experience, she did not say, "Oh, well this is going to happen and that is going to happen and so forth." She simply told me exactly what I needed to hear and it was up to me to connect the dots. You cannot sit by idly and expect things to just fall into place. I am very blessed to have connected with Cara and she is one of the genuine, intuitive healers. She is the real deal! I appreciated her walking me through the process of how she works with people and I was able to share with her a few areas that were present for me to explore. Cara is highly intuitive and she spoke right into me in ways that provided tremendous insight and also a recognition of a couple patterns I had been running. Cara was clear, direct, warm, insightful, and clearly connected to a gift that she is leveraging to assist others. I walked away inspired and peaceful. I had my first session with Cara just last week. I didn't know what to expect. She was very warm and open, and did a great job of explaining all that would happen. Not only did she do a healing session, but she did a reading as well. It really affirmed things I'd been told before and what I'd been feeling drawn to do. It helped me give myself permission to step away from one part of my life and dive deeper into another. I'd definitely recommend Cara. read more

I saw Cara back in June and was impressed. I didn't want to leave a review immediately because I wanted to see if what she said would gradually come together. She touched on so many things that were happening in my life at the moment. I knew what I thought I wanted but had a lot of fears about making the leap. I even asked her about my sister who had been looking for a new job for over a year with better pay. She would interview but nothing would ever come from it. Cara said it would happen but not until the fall and there would be more than one offer. Sure enough, it happened! My sister is with a great company and with way better pay and she was offered 2 positions to choose from with that company. I'm still on my path but I plan on getting another session very soon to help guide me further! read more

I had the pleasure of seeing Cara for the first time. Although I had many " healing sessions" with other practitioners in the past, none of them felt as amazing and right as this one with Cara. Right from the begging of the session, I could feel her source of energy was nothing but pure Love and Truth. Very understanding and very accurate. I'm grateful to have finally found a competent m, trustable and humble healing practitioner. As a medical doctor and also an energy healing practitioner myself, I definitely recommend her.
