They have 2 gender neutral bathrooms with cubby in the back room. So you walk through the studio to the backroom. Meagan was so friendly and fun!!! It was amazing how much energy she has for a Sunday 7 am. So this is a work-out fellow yogis. Hot sweaty work out. I plan to return to the studio whenever i am back in the area!!!!

The first class I took was Jens Hot Yoga I was hooked. LYR is so encouraging no competition no judgement. No mirrors in studio which I love and a dark room with 3 dimmer lights. You are just concentrating on the flow. Not looking at other yogis cause you are trying to survive You forget what's going on in life, leave it on the yoga island mat at least for a hour ! We were in Temecula for his birthday getaway, and as part of his gift, I signed us both up for a class. That day, Ashley happened to be teaching. The moment she walked into the studio, she immediately recognized that we were new and came over to introduce herself. She remembered our names and even called on us during class to offer both corrections and encouragement, which I really appreciated. Her instruction was incredible. I had no clue what any of the poses or stretches were called, but she described everything so clearly that I never felt lost. Her feedback was thoughtful, helping me adjust for better stability and effectiveness. By the end of class, I was drenched in sweat and felt amazing - physically challenged, mentally clear, and completely present. For that hour, all my stress and worries faded into the background. I only wish I lived closer because I'd absolutely become a regular. The community was welcoming, the teaching was top-notch, and the entire experience was fantastic. I've suffered from back and leg pain for over 7 years thanks to an injury in my early 20's. Not only does she keep it fun and fresh, but I get so much more out of Yoga than I did from simple stretching. My back injury has continued to get better while I've found that Yoga improves every aspect of my life from sleep to how I feel at work. Molly is a fantastic instructor that makes it easy for someone as stiff and awkward as myself to thoroughly enjoy Yoga and feel like I'm constantly improving.

Mei carries both deep intuitive awareness and strong clinical skill. She understands anatomy, pressure, and fascia on a technical level, but she also works with a grounded, calming presence that feels almost meditative. It was clear she was not just "doing a massage" -- she was listening to my body. The results have been remarkable. I am now on day three post-session and have zero aches or pains anywhere. My nervous system feels regulated, my body feels aligned, and even my eyesight feels clearer. That tells me the work went beyond muscle tissue -- it supported circulation, lymphatic flow, and overall balance. This was therapeutic, restorative, and energetically uplifting all at once.
