When I showed Liz my receipt and code, the attendant who was left with no manager, she told me that she had been instructed to NEVER help resolve website issues and that all managers were on vacation. She also complained that she only makes $13/hr two times to me. I hope if her boss sees this he gives her a raise! Bc no body deserves to be left in the lurch like she was with zero resources to help. TAKE FIVE WEBSITE IS A SCAM.

Each time I visit there is either a new problem or they have not repaired or paid any attention to old problems. At least 13 of their vacuums couldn't pick up a feather . More than half of their air compressor nozzle are either non existent or just do not work. On September 10th I was there and the left side brushes do not work so my car was not washed . I do not know who the owner(s) are but they do not provide quality, service nor do they care. This ownership just wants the money and cares nothing for their customers. A big fat zero for them !

Attendant kept having me pull up and back and wouldn't work. She took my information and went to look it up. After 30 minutes sitting there manager came out with her and never acknowledged me and went straight to other side to open it and allow cars from behind me to go. Someone else finally pushed button to let me through. After wash I went inside to cancel membership and manager never came out of his office to acknowledge me or apologize. He just had the girl issue me a prorated refund and cancel my membership. Poorest excuse of a manager I've ever experienced. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this car wash and will share my experience with everyone!

Well, the wash itself was fine, except the buttons on the navigation board are intentionally misleading. There's a knob where you select your soap/rinse/etc, that also has three spots for STOP, meaning the water and meter would stop until you make your next selection. There was also a red STOP button on the device that read my card. Welp, none of those buttons actually do anything! There's a tiny yellow button at the bottom with no label that actually stops it. So the times that I thought the meter wasn't running, while I was moving stuff around in my car, etc. I was still being charged. Incredibly deceitful. I had no clue how much I was actually spending. Then I went to go vacuum, surprise surprise the card machine only exists at two of the stations, and neither worked! Luckily I had $2 on me so went to get change. Paid two dollars and got about 4 minutes of vacuum time. I was able to complete the passenger floorboard and seat and then it cut off. Firstly, I was out of cash and their equipment was broken, secondly, was not about to pay $10+ in quarters to vacuum. Shameful practices just trying to scam people out of their money. The manager I spoke with was great, not their fault the owner is likely a shady mfer.

My last visit I am credited $4.00 for my oil and charged almost $50.00. Getting them to change my oil is a convenience and not a need. I do my best to make use of businesses in the Athens area as long as the company treats me fair even if the cost is a bit more. Fair is fair, I don't want more than I paid for and shouldn't be charged for more than I received.

It's just a block or 2 over from Calloways (local coffee shop). Prices are also decent. Fun side-story: I have a seatbelt cover in the drivers seat that looks like a stuffed animal version of Donatello (from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", the purple one). It's a great conversation-starter with one of the guys who works there. So I get to have my car maintenance done, as well as get to "talk Turtles" with someone while there!
