Car cleaned well. One of the few places I trust to clean my car pretty well enough. Service was good, fast. Restroom was also very clean. There's indoor and outdoor seating. They now have memberships that are limited to just one car. They still have the points card which is separate that you can punch each time you get a wash and at your 10th wash, you can get a free one. read more

Horrific and sad. The place has a lot of potential. It has good bones but is obviously mismanaged. It is FILTHY. Rubbish just sitting out all over the place. Worst of all, I paid $50 for a junk job on cleaning my car and mats ... which they didn't bother to scrub and put back in my car wet. I mean it's a tough thing to rate because I went to have my car done and so did my partner. They did a great job with mine despite the awkward maneuvering of my car (an EV), but they did a not that awesome job with my partner's car (Mazda). It still had cakes on dirt on the back of his windshield and he saw a lot of scratches on his top trunk. But to be honest, we came here because we thought they would actually HAND wash the car but apparently they don't? It was confusing a bit because I started my search on google literally typing in hand car wash and this place had come up but there seemed to be no actual hand car wash just application and drying of product after the fact. Overall, this place still offers a decent wash for the dollar. However, the facility has really taken a dive over the years. It's clear the leadership has changed at least once, the interior is barren, not clean, has multiple roof leaks, and in general it's just not a very inviting place. That's sad, because even a year or two ago this was a much different case. This location could be killing it, given the demographics of the area. It's clear ownership and leader ship are not aligned, and I bet in the next year if something doesn't change, the employees wind up leaving this place and it closes. Today was the complete opposite...took over an hour and when my car finally came out of the wash they let it sit there behind another car for 20 minutes before touching the interior while 5 guys stood around. 2 other cars came out in the meantime that they started to clean before mine. This used to be my favorite trusty car detailing place for years.. I drove out of my way to come to this place because they had the hardest working staff and an outstanding management that made sure everything was to every patron's satisfaction. The people who used to work there echanged and the quality of service went down dramatically! I had to point out to the unvacuumed car floor, the dashboard was dusty and the trunk was not touched. This was for interior and exterior detailing service. To add insult to injury, the two people in charge of cleaning were looking at each other when I was pointing out the dirty spots, as if I was the one with the problem. So, after sending it back to the first cleaning station, again, I had to show them the missed spots, they finally got it right. Sure I had to pick out the rolled up pieces of paper they left behind from cleaning the windows but at least, my car finally looked like it was professionally cleaned not run through the local high school fundraiser car wash. I will give this place one more chance, and I will only spend the minimum. If this nonsense happens again, I'm going elsewhere. read more

Prices are lower than the one closer to my house, but I was already this way on weekend errands so thought I'd give here a whirl. So worth it and it saved me some money to boot! I visited Saturday & Sunday mornings & waited an hour each time, which was fine as I was told it'd take an hour Beforehand. Should have listened to the reviews. It took them 2 hours to do absolutely nothing. I upgraded to a higher cost cleaning because I am trying to sell this car. I should have inspected it better before I left. When I got home my husband moved around the floor mats and there was gunk and all kinds of slime from the liquids they used all over the floors. The seats were covered in dirt. The cupholders and arm rests were covered in goo and trash. The outside was covered in pollen still, which I did ask about and they said "there was nothing they can do." It had been 2 hours when they quoted me 45 minutes so I just left. I've been going here for a decade but today after paying the same amount for the "Silver Package" (machine wash and a person to dry it down, clean the windows and apply tire shine) from the machine that looks identical, I sat in the cleaning area for a long time with no one in sight. After a few min I went inside where no one was working, but there were people sleeping??? I finally found the manager who told me effective immediately customers clean THEIR OWN cars. Same price, no notice on the machine, no reason. Just clean your own car, but they'll let you use their rags and window cleaner. The other customer there was in awe, as well. I have been taking all of our cars to Car Spa for years. I like to keep my car very clean so I take it to be washed 6-8 times per year and have it detailed 1-2 times annually as well. I am well aware of my cars condition. On 5/16/17 I paid $119 to have my car detailed inside and out. When I went to puck up the vehicle I noticed that they had missed a few spots and asked vacuum out the back of the vehicle as well. In the past year or so I have been having to watch more carefully as the quality of their work has slipped a little. When I got home I noticed that paint was peeling in several areas on my front bumper. This damage was pronounced and present across the entire front bumper. I immediately called Charles (the manager on dusty) and informed him of the damage. He said to bring the car in the next day and they would look at it and pay to have it repaired if they were responsible. Charles was off the next day but the manager that day looked at the car and said he would watch their video to see if they had done anything to the car. He called the following day to say that had not done anything wrong. I called him back and said that was simply not acceptable and I asked them to reconsider. I have attached a photo of the car to show the sample if the damage. I plan to pursue this matter until my car is repaired. I post this here to make others aware that if Car Spa damages your car they will not take responsibility for it. read more

I live very close to this car wash, and I would drive another 10 miles to NOT go there. It shouldn't even be called a car wash when you have paid to have them wipe down and clean your car just to drive away so you can wipe it down yourself as soon as you get home. I actually use to bring my own rag when I went there. When it first opened, I was thrilled to have them so close but this place has never once done what I could do myself with what amounts to a hose and a sopping wet rag. If you ask them to do more, such as wipe off the places they missed, the attendants will act as though YOU are the problem and expect you to tip for the pleasure of being treated like a pariah. Don't Go. I went for a quick seven dollar wash. I waited 10 minutes to pay 10 more minutes to go through then in the middle of the wash it stopped and didn't complete my wash correctly. I got my car detailed here earlier this month, and afterward noticed my radio and navigation buttons were no longer working properly. After taking my car into the mechanic, we were advised that "debris (cleaning solvent) was worked into buttons causing them to stick." The entire system will need to be replaced for roughly $1,000. Ok, I've been using this car wash since they opened, a really long time. However my last couple of visits have been disasters. This time I opted for their 49.99 wash and detail + inside conditioning. I've had this service many many times and had only a few bumps, 70 minutes later l return for the car. White wax marks all over the car. Handprints all over car Back of interior not vacuumed Interior had not been wiped down at all, so zero "conditioning" Attendant decided to chastise me about "swearing" when I said " damn this is not what I expected" Get Manager Eric and he states " his crew is taking care of it". I've done this specific service many many times over the last year or two. I never got any "lip" from the attendants. I'm still waiting. So I'm thinking if you need a quick outside wash this place is a good spot. Anything else go somewhere else. By the time I take my car in for detailing, it is a red hot mess and requires a lot of work. There's dog hair and dirt everywhere. The steering wheel is gross. It's a situation. The prices here are reasonable and the guys are helpful. And if I check it out at the end and it's not perfect, they will fix it. This can't be a fun job, so go and support them, and tip generously. The only downside is that the waiting area seems to never get cleaned anymore. I chalk that up to the hiring crisis, and work on turning off my inner Karen. read more

One of many trips to this location. Was getting a Platinum Plus service and while my Sequoia was being detailed one of the employees came out and said there was a piece of black trim missing on my vehicle because he saw a large piece of black trim sitting in the wash bay. I walked over and looked and told the detailer what I was told. He said he had just finished and there was nothing missing. I tipped him and left. A week or so later my son came to me and said there was something missing on the side of the vehicle. Sure enough I piece of trim was missing on the left side. I drove over to the location and told the person who identified and who I had come to know as management what had happened. He went into the car bay and came back with the trim. I asked how they were going to handle having it put back on. He said what do you mean. I said well obviously (to me anyway) the piece was taken off in their possession and it was going to need to be secured back onto the vehicle. He said well there is no damage to the piece so not sure what you are looking for. I said that I will have to take it to a body repair shop and that will cost money. He stated well we are not going to pay for it. I said listen, I spend a bunch of money getting my personal and company vehicles (16 of them) washed here every couple of weeks and obviously what you are saying is I need to take them to another place because you don't stand by your product. Yesterday i went to give me car a much deserved Spa treatment. I had no problem paying $28++ for her as it was well deserved. It was lovely outside so i walked to a local restaurant to have a meal which gave the attendant(s) a good 1 hour plus to work on my car. When i walked back I pointed out a lot of marks on my car which easily came off with my saliva (gross but true). The attendant who i later found out was the manager got a cloth, no apology and started cleaning around the car, I got in my car and my cup holders were not cleaned, the dash board was not cleaned and my mats were just turned upside down so that they would not be cleaned. Under the seat were crumbs and needless to say I was extremely disappointed. My son has a bad habit if putting his shoe on the dash and guess what, his muddy foot print was still there, this is when I walked in the store to complain, the lady made no apology and no recovery. I left very upset. I decided to call back and tell the cashier i honestly shouldn't be paying for the service and she responded by asking me to come back and re swipe my card thats the only way they issue refunds, i will not be paying for this service and i have already sent this review to my bank as well as disputed the transaction.... Had i known that i could post pictures i certainly would have done that. I gave you one star, the only reason was that there was no star lower than this that i could give. Work on your machines, work on the handy work service and most importantly teach your staff some customer service, i gave them an opportunity to resolve this internally, had they done the right thing, i would have not added my review to your already bad reviews that you are getting lately! I was surprised to see so many 1-star reviews on Car Spa, though I've only ever had an exterior wash and I've only ever gone during the middle of the day during the week. It seems some people have issues with the quality of the interior, which I plan to use very soon based on my experience with the exterior wash and employees. I've been here a couple times after having an absolutely terrible experience at a car wash closer to me. (Damaged electrical from a drive through.) For $10, I get the gold exterior wash and it comes out looking super shiny and brand new. The tires look amazing for the few extra dollars you spend to upgrade to the Gold. The majority of the employees I've come across have been extremely nice and friendly. Only on one occasion was the greeter less than enthusiastic and a bit cold, which could definitely start your experience on a bad foot. Every employee who finished the job after the drive through has been extremely nice, friendly and outgoing. And that's why I continue to go back. I'm considering getting a membership. Just wish it was right outside my home! read more

I had a prior bad experience with their Marietta (?) location, but for some reason I decided to give this location a try. So it really wasn't a surprise that this location did an equally bad job. My complaints, in no particular order: 1) I paid extra to get my floors mats "shampooed" because there was a sticky spot on my front passenger mat. Not only did they not get it completely clean, they then put it in the back seat instead of the front seat. I'm guessing in the hopes that I didn't notice? And as we all know, the front mats have the holes to clip in so they don't move too much. So I don't even think they could chalk it up to a mistake. I believe it was deliberate. 2) Don't even get me started on their "vacuuming". I have dogs, and quite a bit of dog hair in my car. It looked as if they didn't even run a vacuum over everything. The machines you put quarters into and do yourself do a better job. They also didn't even touch my trunk (I drive a Fit and have a hatch, so stuff gets in the trunk easily). Why am I paying you to vacuum my car when it comes out looking just the same? 3) I don't know why it takes them so long after your car gets out of the car wash to get it back to you. The "wiping" and "touching up" of the inside is a joke. They basically just look busy without doing any actual work, I'm convinced. The inside of my doors were still dirty, the cup holders, the door handle and the little pockets in the door were even worse. Needless to say, I will not be spending any more money at this place. I will go to the self-serve vacuuming and wash place next door to them. I spend a third of the money and it comes out looking SO MUCH BETTER. They all vouched for each other and said there was nothing they could do. Have we become complacent about turning over a $20 -50M car to complete strangers and everything that is in it. I went to this "full service" CarSpa in Roswell on a Sunday afternoon. They were not busy in fact I sat in the DULL SERVICE bay for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by two people sittin/talkin. No big deal I am not in any rush, so I waited. I asked for the best package for leather seat conditioning and carpet...$65.00! They don't take their coupons unless you print them out, and the cashier was lacking customer service. I watched from the window as the worker half dryer, using the same spray for windows and interior. I had to ask twice for simple tasks to be completed THAT I PAID FOR and an annoyed manager who finally did the tasks himself. My car does not look like I spent $65. They never have enough staff to be prompt (or sometimes to even be open). They said "about a 45 min wait" when they must really mean "over an hour wait". This is NOT a one-time issue. Must be their slow season because they were trying to up charge everything on me when all I asked was to just get the inside of my car cleaned, I dont need any extra waxing, etc.... I get my car back and I couldn't even tell what they had even done. My seats still had crumbs on it, there was water splashed splashed on the seats that I needed to ask for a cloth to clean off, yet nothing looked wiped down (besides the dash). I understand I didn't pay for an expensive package (was about $20) but glad I didn't get anything more than that because I'm sure it would still be awful. I've been here about 5 or 6 times and each time they've done a decent job cleaning my car. But recently had two very negative experiences. First, I asked for a basic interior and exterior wash, the young woman says "We have the XYZ package for $19." I say "Is that the least expensive exterior and interior cleaning?" She says "Pretty much." When I ask inside, the cashier says the least expensive is "about $16." So "Pretty much" is a lie. Still, they do an OK job, the guys actually cleaning the car are great and polite so I return. This time I bring my wife's car and ask if they can clean the exterior like normal but somehow deep clean the leather and carpet inside - like detail the interior so the beige leather looks less dingy and more like when it was new (2-year-old car). The guy says "That's impossible, we can't do it. All we can do is spray leather protectant on it." Hmmm "Can't" or "Won't?" So I went to Advance Auto Parts and bought a $7 bottle of leather cleaner and did it myself. Turns out, it wasn't impossible. I probably won't go back. Finally, it's minor but I don't like how the cashier won't allow me to get a few dollars for a tip when using a credit card. Instead, I have to buy a Car Spa gift to give the guy as a tip, that way the tip money can only be spent at that store - it feels like the owners or mgmt are trying to milk a little extra money out of the employees. I really don't like it when the cashier says "we can't do that" when I ask for a dollars extra to give as a tip. Well, you can, you just won't - again, can't and won't are different. read more

I used To love this car wash. But the last couple times including today that I have been they always forget to do something. Today for instance just to get a basic wash, wipe down, and vacuum I was there for over an hour and a 1/2. Due to something that happened, but they didn't even make an announcement or anything to let us know there will be a delay. We just sat there wondering what was taking so long. And to top it all off, they said they were double checking my card to make sure it got done well because of this issue and I still had spots on both sides mirrors and my driver side window. We are very disappointed with the detailing job we had done on August 12th. We purchased the full detailing package with added cost due to the size of the vehicle for a total of $155. I waited 10 minutes to have a representative assist me. Even then I had to exit my vehicle and speak with a supervisor for assistance. After my vehicle was washed I noticed I my Weather Tech driver side floor mat was missing. I ask the young lady if she knew where my floor mat was located? The young lady went to search in the back and brought out an old dirty floor mat that clearly was not mine. I have weather tech mats in my vehicle. I showed her my other mats and told her my missing mat looks exactly like the other mat. She disappears. Another gentlemen then advises they have "lost" my mat. He advises he can't pay for the mat and request I fill out a form to pursue payment. So now I'm leaving with no floor mat for my vehicle. They did not offer to reimburse me for the car wash. I let them know because they are making me wait for reimbursement of expenses the least they could do is credit me for the car wash. I paid for a car wash not to leave with missing parts of my vehicle. The gentleman was nice enough to do that. However, I still don't have a floor mat for my car. I completed the claim paperwork and hopefully carspa will right their wrongs. read more
