Phoned Hothfield cars the day before to make sure the car I was interested in was still for sale…read moreand whether it was ok to come and view it. They told it was fine. I arrived the following day( garage is approx. 30miles from my location) looked around fore court at cars for sale. Found the one I was interested in an started to look it over. The ginger bald fella that was there just sat in his office on his computer and didn't attempt to come out and ask if he could help me. I asked him whether I could have the keys to look the car over and he handed them to me then sat back down in his chair. Once I had gave the car a hood check I went back in the office to ask s fee questions about the car which were very bluntly answered. I then asked whether we could take it for a test drive and his reply was "not today".... I couldn't belive it. No reason for this it just seemed he couldn't be bothered. I went there ready to do a deal, after checking the car over I was still happy to do a deal and then no test drive. There goes the deal out the window. Does this fella want to sale cars or not. Total waste of time that was. I certainly won't ever consider this garage ad an option to purchase a car again. The star was the fact the car looked hood and was ok priced. The customer service gets nothing....
