This manager explained to me he was an expert, and my dealership doesn't know what they're talking about. I came here because I was about to make a trip, & felt a vibration in my car. I had gotten all tire…read morepressure sensors replaced, & tires aligned 5 months earlier. I was told it might be the alignment, or the tire balancing; I had them do both. I was told my brakes were "worn" (whose aren't?!), but didn't have that done. I was also told the age of my tires might be leading to dry rot. (5 years) When I got out on the highway, the vibration was WORSE! I had to drive at a slower speed to a Subaru dealer in VA. They told me I had a bubble in one tire, & they were "feathering". I had them check the brakes, & they MEASURED the brakes pads at 3 mm, which indicated they needed replacing. Tires were on sale. So I replaced! My Master mechanic son-in-law, When he had taken a look at my tires & heard my story, said: "You need to find a new place to take your car." Wasted $175!
