Here's why you should believe me even though I of course think she's THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER because she is my friend as well as these reasons: 1) I am a music website & print magazine Editor, so I work with some of the best photographers in the world. I know good work. 2) I was a professional model a long time ago, so I've been "shot" by some of the best photographers in the world and am very picky about my personal pictures. 3) Darleen took some promo pics of me last year of which I received more compliments on than any other photographs ever taken of me. She made this "turning 39 again this year" girl look and feel awesome! 4) I am friend's on Facebook with many famous photographers who have NO motivation whatsoever to go out of their way to "like" or positively comment on Darleen's work (which they do - regularly). 5) I have recommended her to so many friends, businesses, etc. that have all used her and loved her. Her pictures manage to encapsulate an individual's personality in a very unique way - whether human or pet! I've…read moregotten pictures taken before from places like Portrait Innovations and other private photographers. Seeing as this place was the most convenient for us, we decided to try it out. I will admit I was a little apprehensive at first since this place was located in a baby store and me and my brother were older, but the lady (Val) that took our photos was extremely nice and professional. We were able to select from an assortment of really nice prints. On their website, they have a bundle package deal where you can choose an extra photo and get it printed in several sizes for an extra $18.

You did mention that I could cancel if I wanted to and I stated that I did not. I've never mentioned anything about your response time, so I'm not sure what expectations you are referring to. What I didn't like was your tone. I do think that it is unprofessional that you can not explain your contract. It worked out for the best, I should have read the Yelp reviews first!

Moreno, she actually promotes these images in FB ads and on her page as good work with the green cords still in the shots. It's rather hilarious. This is a blatant lack of attention to detail and laziness. Any good photographer would've caught that both when shooting and/or editing and corrected without being asked. Not this one. Very shoddy work.
