After the customer left, the male clerk laughed and bragged that he double charged her "because she was deaf." The total should've been around $19, but he claimed he charged her nearly $40. The other female employee laughed along. This kind of behavior is disgusting, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. It shows a total lack of integrity and compassion, and suggests this is not a one time incident. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to double check your receipts. No one should support a business that treats customers with disabilities this way.

I had no idea where I was going cause I've only been to this store a couple times to buy a few tallboy's maybe 6 months to a year ago. I walked by the beer fridges/wine cause I didn't know where the soda was... I found the sodas in a little cove area, (FAR right when you walk through the door in a bit of a 'cove'.) so I went to look for a specific zero calorie soda... I didn't see the drink at first, so it took me at least 30 seconds to find it. While I was looking for MAYBE 30 seconds to 1 minute, one of the employees walked up right next to me/kinda behind me on his phone and stood right there? (I think he pretended to text?) IMO, it felt like he thought I was going to steal something and wanted to hang out to make sure I didn't?? I've never stolen anything in my life but I've worked in retail a ton, so I know loss prevention is a big thing! I don't necessarily blame them for being cautious but... It just felt a bit weird and it also felt a bit awkward because I saw the same guy up front earlier and then he just walks up next to me while pretending to be on his phone, MAYBE a minute (probably less) after I started looking for a soda? I definitely wouldn't discourage you from going to this location! The people are still very nice, but if you also feel/have felt a bit awkward, then it's definitely not just me!

I went to high school with some of the kids who have worked at this location and they joked about putting their hands in the ice bin they use to serve their iced coffees with. So disgusting. Also, my food orders are always dismantled in the bags when going through the drive thru. The customer service over the drive thru is SO rude. Always a womans voice. Then once getting up to the drive thru the customer service gets worse. Just overall rude. My hot drinks always taste wrong. the Milk too cold compared to the hot expresso. I have had cracks in the lids of my drinks. I wish I could have a trusty coffee shop in my hometown for when I need a quick, reliable pick me up coffee in the morning. Things at this location need to change. I've worked in the food service industry for 7 years at multiple restaurants. There is no excuse for the lack of customer service at this location. Gross.
