We called to set up a time and date and estimate on this job. They were very easy to talk to about all we wanted done and they were straight forward on their estimate. They arrived at exactly the date and time they were scheduled for, they even called us ahead of time so we would know exactly when they were going to arrive. The Technician that arrived was Jordan to take care of moving all furniture and running the cleaning machines. Jordan was very friendly and moved the heavy items quickly and with ease. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of what he was doing. I have to say he even brought our trash cans back in from the curb when he arrived. He prepped two large stains to help get the carpet looking better. He was done in about an hour, moved all items back, loaded up his equipment and we said our goodbyes. We stayed off our carpet for about four hours so it could dry. Once the carpet was dry it looked new and stain free. This company was excellent to do business with and we would not hesitate to use them again. I give this company 5 out of 5 thumbs up for the great job they did. Kyle Curry came onsite 4/20/2023 as a Representative for Lennar (The Nation's Leading Builder)…read moreunder the guise that he was Onsite to ensure Our Family was Safe. Tony Cozad was there to complete an Air Quality Test and provide a Report of such. Unfortunately, the issue was escalated to Lennar Customer Care Staff whom claimed to have escalated to their Boss - Lennar Vice President Nicolaus Polakiewicz back on 2/22/23. Nicolaus repeatedly ignored attempts to discuss or resolve. Matters were left to myself and Family to figure out Best Path Forward. After engaging pertinent Health Providers and State/Local Agencies, we came up with a Plan to address all areas of concern. When presented with the Quotes, Nicolaus then advised that he was engaging Captain Steamer on 4/19/23 at the 11th hour as an Emergency Call to investigate. We allowed Nic' "Guys" onsite 4/20/23; prior to start of Scheduled work. While onsite, Kyle Curry expressed Agreement that Lennar's unidentified Contractor was at Fault while completing Warranty Work; whether intentional or not. Was also in agreement with Scope of Work with the exception of removing Vanity and Fogging. He said the Wall was sealed so we should be good. And also advised to tread lightly with Fogging given History of Family Health complications experienced since start of Project. We agreed to not remove Vanity, proceed with Cleaning by other Company and have them come back onsite a month later to take another Air Quality Test. On 4/28/2023, we received a Indoor Air Quality Report from Condition One Indoor Air Quality Solution, LLC reflecting data retrieved on 4/20/2023 (58 Days after Escalation to Lennar). Can't say that I am surprised that it doesn't align with what was discussed in our Home. Kyle and Nicolaus Polakiewicz "go Way Back"... "Whenever Nick calls, he knows it's something Big". Also, received Notice from Nicolaus Polakiewicz informing They will not Pay back any monies due regarding Work required to Fix their Mistake with exception of Shower Enclosure Installation and associated caulking that wasn't completed. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this Company based on recent interactions. Obvious They are Loyal to Deep Pockets rather than helping to Protect the Vulnerable; lacking Integrity. Please Note: Kyle is in Center of attached Picture and Tony of Condition One Indoor Air Quality Solutions, LLC is far left wearing a Captain's Complete Restoration Uniform. All information received is being Reviewed by Professionals whom are helping to ensure that others aren't subjected to this type of behavior. Steer Clear!!!
