They picked a grey that matched my tile exactly but they gave me multiple choices and painted it on the tile for me to choose. Do you have any idea what it would cost to get your whole house regrouted? A small fortune. Getting the tile cleaned, sealed and repainted saves you money and looks amazing and protects your tile. Some people will complain about anything..... I had no problems... I got what was promised. And the grout looks like it was supposed to be that color in the first place. They move your furniture, they put things back , they're polite and hard working. I personally thought the service was amazing.
