For $30 in season, this is a great deal for a 1.5 hour boat ride that leaves from Rose Marina. The boat had about 100 guests on it that night and still didn't feel too crowded. There aren't seats for everyone, but you really do just want to stand along the side of the boat for the best views as you cruise alone the Marco Island canals up to the Esplanade and then out to the Gulf for the sunset. The bar line was quite long and slow-moving as soon we boarded, but it opened up a bit halfway through the ride. And definitely bring cash (there's a $3 service charge for using credit cards).
