On 9/4. I ordered 5 pc wings only which should have cost me $8 plus taxes. I was charged $49.23 by a new employee. I wasn't upset because the kids was so sweet and he was visibly upset that he had over charged my debit card. A young lady walked up and asked the kid did he need help and he explained what happened. I wasn't upset and they told me they can't void transactions without the owner she then proceeded to call the owner. He apologized and stated he would give me the wings for free and he would call his bank and have the charge reversed. The only proof I had of this incident was a photo of the receipt in which the young lady wrote "void" on it. I wait 8 business days and never received my refund. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. I've had other bad experiences at this location such as super long wait times. (45 mins for a shrimp and fries combo).
