If that date has another meaning, I would have appreciated an explanation or some type of documentation showing what it represents. What really disappointed me was the customer service. There was no apology, no offer to replace the cheesecake, and no refund. I simply felt like my concern was dismissed. Mistakes can happen, but how you handle a customer's concern matters.
