I have towing through my dealership and once I made the call, it was less than 15 minutes of sweat and stress until I was in a huge air conditioned tow truck and my car in the hands of Robert. He drove my teen and I to the dealership, a good 10+ miles away and was pleasant to talk with. He shared his car knowledge and I appreciated his humor and realness on what could've been a bummer of a day. These towing folks see customers on their worst days and he made it better by being quick, efficient and so so kind.

We spoke with them by phone and in person regarding getting our auto interior detailed and smell removed and now regret it. The facilities are very nice, the staff is very nice, but the work was not. I am sure if you have an expensive vehicle, classic vehicle, new vehicle, etc., they probably do a good job, but it was not good for our 14 year old vehicle with a smell. We were told to get the smell out, we would need to purchase the special "bleach bomb", which we did and were told the smell would be gone. We were told the stinky smell we wanted removed and the smell of the bleachy chemical would be gone after a couple of days...it has been several weeks. Also, the console armrest had not been touched. We thought maybe they tried, but couldn't get it clean. My wife ended up taking a Magic Eraser and cleaned it perfectly in under a minute. The interior is dusty, backseat was not cleaned at all, and the backseat cup holders were not touch. Those are just a few of the things. It actually looks like they vacuumed and not much else (the vacuuming was good). My wife with common household products could have done better. This was a waste of $350 (interior only). We do not usually leave reviews, but thought another point of view was needed.
