Had a great experience here on a Saturday night. It wasn't as busy as I have seen it in the past and we didnt have to wait for a table. The space is somewhat dimly lit and gives me the impression that it's a little nicer than you standard Italian spot. I ordered a bourbon and ginger ale and it was so good I had to get a second one. Props to the bartender. I ordered the lasagna with an Antipasto salad. The salad was great. Creamy Greek dressing was tasty and the salad was fresh with lots of ingredients. The lasagna was outstanding. Great portion with lots of cheese and sauce. Pasta wasn't overcooked. Our friendly server did an awesome job.catering to our every need. Capri is ok. Basically chain restaurant level Italian food. The meatballs are actually good. Italian sausage is not very tasteful. They also burned our garlic bread. There were really busy with takeout orders, so that could be why. I've gotten curbside pickup twice in the last month. Both meals were good. The first was a sub and the second was baked spaghetti. The spaghetti was a huge portion that served me for 3 meals and was delicious each time. Will go back again. read more

This restaurant is now on my favorite list. Went with friends who have been numerous times & rave about how everything thing is excellent. They didn't lie! I had the Cajun Chicken Ravioli. The flavor was amazing, I would order it again. Two friends had ribeye steaks, which I tried... Also, excellent. The lasagna looked delicious & my friend said it was. The salad was one of the freshest I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Perfect! I will definitely be back & soon. What a gem! Our server Sara was the best, so kind and accommodating. Everyone's good was excellent. Had 2 people with food allergies and it was not an issue. I have never left a bad review and I have been a regular patron of this restaurant for more than 20 years. The food and the service are good. However, tonight I asked for extra cheese sauce for noodles. Again, I have been a regular patron and don't recall ever asking for anything extra. The discontent came when the manager (whom I have witnessed being nasty to employees, but never to me) comes to the table and, in what I perceive as a very loud and rude way, explained to me that the appropriate ladle had been used to sauce my noodles. She continued to explain there would be an additional charge for sauce and told me I should mix them up. I was so surprised I choked. Later, the owner asked my husband what he would do if someone asked for an extra 2oz of steak. Wow!! Just wow! I cannot imagine that my 20 plus years of patronage was ruined over $1.25 worth of cheese sauce. read more

Good food but they nickel and dime you for extra sauces and dressings. We got charged for an extra dressing and the server never brought it. We brought in an out of town guest and they were shocked that such a nice place has had to charge for extra things. Yet we got some salads that we asked for some toppings to be left off but no credit issued. Make sure to ask your server about extra charges when asking for something. We've been coming here for years pretty frequently but that may end. Not that the charge is that much but just the principle of it. read more

This place should be good and was disappointing overall. This place could be excellent and maybe once it was. Right now, nothing on the menu was fresh. The salad had that pre made taste i.e. From a bag. The dressings were clearly cheap and definitely not made in house. Imagine the cheap Ranch dressing from Walmart well, that's what that tasted like. Even the balsamic dressing was equally as bad. And this is an Italian restaurant??? Then the complimentary bread was again the cheapest AND that was microwaved hot. Seriously????? There is a really nice pizza oven on display but you choose not to use it! Wow The pizza is about the only fresh 'cooked' thing on the menu. I say 'about' because for $12 you get what is obviously a frozen pizza base from SAMs Club that is fairly small and really was totally uninspiring. Unless the regular clientele here have never really eaten proper good Italian food elsewhere, I cannot really understand why some of the reviews are great. Nothing is fresh, not even the tiramisu. I mean really????? I always thought that the point of going to a restaurant was to eat food that is way better than what you can cook yourself. This all tasted liked the frozen section from Walmart and then it was only microwaved. Holy Moly, this place could/should be absolutely amazing. Has pretty good service, and their eggplant parm is decent. Salads are pretty good. The free bread is good especially with oil and spices. Only big issue was the restroom when we visited. Fairly clean, but a lingering smell indicative of a possible plumbing issue maybe? Not sure but I hope they fix that. read more

We checked in almost at closing time and the staff was wonderful to us. Monday was to for one spaghetti special. I ordered shrimp with the tomato cream sauce; George ordered meatballs which were big and tasty. Good wines were reasonably priced. Awful experience. I ordered Fettucine Alfredo with veggies and spinach, my sister ordered penne with marinara, and my grandma ordered pasta with a wine sauce and shrimp. The veggies were cooked wonderfully but the alfredo sauce was extremely thin and lacked flavor. My sister's pasta had WAY too much marinara sauce and my grandma said that the shrimp tasted old and salty. She returned it for medium rare steak with mashed potatoes to receive overlooked steak with french fries! The fries were good she said and she ended up finally recieving mashed potatoes, which she also liked. Customer service was really nice about the whole experience and we had a great waitress who was very apologetic. I don't understand how the parking lot is so full when the food is mediocre?! read more

I went there a few nights ago because I was in the area and hadn't been in about 10 years. It was very delicious and even my 1 year old enjoyed her food without the usual tantrum we endure when dining out. I had the chicken cutlet alfredo, my little girl had the fried ravioli. Really delicious Italian food and friendly, efficient service! Their antipasto salad was tasty as well as the warm bread and butter (real butter) that they bring when you are seated. My husband ordered chicken parmesan and I had the chicken alfredo. Both dishes were very flavorful and the sauce tasted homemade. We also tried their brick oven pizzas another day and they were good but not quite as good as the entrees we sampled. We'll be back when we are craving Italian food again. read more

The atmosphere is very gloomy. The front of the restaurant is very deceptive, it looks like an upscale Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, once you enter the gloomy dining area, it looks like an unkept diner. The floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed in days. The ambiance was dreadful. The music jumps from Louis Armstrong to today's hip hop. The food is terrible. Fast food Italian! Definitely not worth the money. The bread is indeed microwaved, as are the entrees. We went back last night and had chicken alfredo and baked spaghetti. Service and food was fantastic! We didn't lack for anything...refills almost before we were done with one glass, and unlimited bread (which is delicious!). Our meals were baked to perfection; I loved the Chicken Alfredo - they pound out the chicken and coat it generously with an amazing seasoned bread mixture. I took half of it home, and it was just as tasty the next day. So nice to find a good Italian restaurant with reasonable prices and excellent food. We can't wait to go back again! read more

The atmosphere is fine but the quality of food is definitely no better than what you can buy at a grocery store. Wine list isn't long, nor does it include any specialties, but you can get bottles for cheap. The food was extremely small portions, overcooked, very greasy, and tasted like it was prepared using all from frozen and store bought ingredients. Nothing fresh, nothing home made, and the bread was a regular loaf of bread sliced thin. I don't know where their "home made Italian food" comes in, but maybe it took the night off. read more

the food is very mediocre. i got alfredo with linguine pasta and grilled chicken. the alfredo sauce was not good and the chicken had a weird sweet taste. not at all what you want for italian food. i also got garlic in it and it was literally huge pieces of garlic i don't know why they thought you'd want that rather than it minced and mixed in. and it was $15 for this. honestly just a waste of my money. read more

One of those places we end up at frequently. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, remodeled recently. Staff is nice for the most part. Food has changed over the years, dropping in quality a few notches. I figure rising costs on everything have impacted the quality because the cost is still reasonable. Generous portions. Best alfredo of any italian place around. It's thick and creamy and way better than Olive Garden. Olive Garden does however have better bread. They changed the bread a while back and I wasn't impressed with the change. The atmosphere is beautiful with recently added brick oven for pizza and there are alot of regulars. Service is always good. Wish they were open at lunch and had a lunch menu as they were in the past. Maybe even 1 or 2 days a week. It's a staple in the community and if you go on the weekend it will be crowded but not too bad of a wait usually. read more

While this may not be 5 Stars, it is better than a couple of cans of Chef Boy-A-rdee. Plenty of seating matched with a management team allowed for only a 10-15 minute wait on a Saturday evening. We shared two plates, the house favorite baked lasagna and the chicken marsala. Both meals came with a genorous house salad. Lasagna was good, not bad, not great but good. I could believe the serving size of the Marsala. Very large portion, a bit sweeter than I would make, but still very tasty. The glass of wine option, is a nice touch. Especially for the price point of most dishes under $12.00. All in all a pleasant experience. Will we go back? Yes This is a great spot for families and kids are sure to be pleased. read more

I never thought I would find a worse Italian restaurant than Olive Garden, but this is it. My wife's baked spaghetti was dry and overcooked. My caesar salad should be cold, fresh and crunchy. It was wilted, soggy and swimming in dressing. Salmon on top was ok. Tell me, how is it possible to ruin a salad? Service was pretty good. After we left my wife got nauseated and vomited. We will not go there again, even if it was free. read more
