Simply Plated crushed it on both the quantity and the quality for our wedding! Jeanna and Breanna were an absolute dream to work with! From our tasting to the day of, they were super responsive, answering all questions, helping us plan our menu, helping us make accommodations for dietary restrictions, working with our venue to provide licensing information for the bartender, and even being so kind as to adjust our count when a family emergency caused our numbers to shift one week before the wedding! They were incredibly kind and attentive, the servers and bartender were great, and they not only made a special arrangement of appetizers and a beautiful mini charcuterie board for our sweetheart table so we too could enjoy appetizers while we were doing photos but checked on us throughout the night to make sure we got enough and even boxed up all of the extra food into meals for us to enjoy later! They made it as stress free and enjoyable as possible and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We got the goat cheese bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, and charcuterie board for cocktail hour, chicken Marsala and tri-tip for entrees, and the s'mores bar for dessert. Kitchen is in plain view, so nothing being hidden in how they cook or what their process is. This is a great institution in Dallas, locally owned, and the owner cares about how her business serves people. One time my order got missed somehow, and not only was my server upset about it, but the owner came and told me she'd comp me that breakfast and my next one. And she did, even though I didn't remind her the next time. Seriously great place. Check it out if you're in town. The only reason it isn't franchised with lines out the door all the time is that there isn't a lot of reason to come to Dallas, Oregon. So consider it a hidden gem. :)
