I was directed to the concession to get different seats, which I did. I was offered two seats, in another row and not side by side. Eventually, the cashier found two seats together that were okay. I wonder what would have happened had the theatre been fully reserved? The cashier advised me that the seats were old and they have no way of knowing which ones are in working order. While waiting for the seat re-assignment process, I noticed the area behind the counter wasn't very clean and decided to cancel my plans to buy popcorn and a pop. Very unappetizing. The movie was good, but I hesitate to return to this theatre. A theatre with broken seats and a dubious approach to facility cleanliness doesn't make for a great entertainment attraction. They should do better.

I purchased tickets at the concession stand ahead of time so that we are guaranteed seats. Unfortunately, the only seats left were closer to the front. Galaxy Cinemas was inside the Rutherford Mall. The theater lobby is small and dated and so dim... and this was in the middle of the afternoon. We left to check out the mall but it was already closed except for one store called London Drugs where we purchased some snacks. When it came almost time for the movie we got popcorn and a drink at the concession stand. Inside was nice with comfortable reclining seats. The theater was clean. So almost $50 for 1 young adult and 1 child to see a movie on cheap Tuesday!!!!!! I tried to call to complain but of course there are no options to talk to anyone. Ridiculous. The theater is small but the screen appears very large and the sound quality is good. This is a great resource for the community and for the tourists that visit. The lady at the booth, takes your cash and says "Thanks, come on in."

Be sure to order the fries; they are fantastic! The prices are unbelievable and accommodating for everyone. I do recommend being mindful of the time you arrive holidays, a certain movie premieres creates high volume of visitors. Also bring blankets, chairs, cushions, tents, and whatever else makes you as comfortable as possible to enjoy the movie outside the temperature drops but the movie is much more enjoyable bundled up together outside under the clear sky and stars. This was the perfect way to introduce the theater experience to children who's ages are 5, 3, & 1 as they had the opportunity to play at the arcade, ride go karts, and play in the open field area not being restricted to a theater room. On our way home my husband and I planned our next visit; I highly recommend adding Blue Fox Drive-In Theater to your things to do!
