This place is close to the highway and I figured it was not too far off from my drive to St louis. This place had a great selection of health food items, snacks, drinks and speciality items that I am obsessed about. The restaurants were pretty clean, the shelves were well stocked and I found so many things that I can't even find back home. The one thing I will give it a con about and it could be just me but I do wish there were more grab and go items like pre-made sandwiches. They had an incredible selection of grab and go drinks. They have incense sticks which is absolutely cool! Regardless there's a cool stores and walk this is too . Overall, I thought this was a very impressive store to check out!

I found that they carry two of my favorites - Alden's Organic Ice Cream and Prima Ancestral Protein Bars. In case you don't know, Alden's Organic is an Oregon-based brand specializing in certified organic ice cream and frozen desserts. it emphasizes high-quality, organic ingredients while avoiding artificial additives, high-fructose corn syrup, and other common conventional ice cream components. Their products use milk and cream from humanely raised cows, and many are gluten-free or offer dairy-free options. Prima Ancestral Protein Bars are animal-based protein bars designed around "ancestral" or nose-to-tail, real-food nutrition principles. They focus on grass-fed ingredients, avoiding seed oils, artificial additives, refined sugars, and ultra-processed isolates common in many protein bars. Popular options include: Cookie Dough, Salted Caramel (my favorite), Cacao, Mocha, and Mint Chip. This is (IMHO) the best protein bar one can buy. So now that I've totally convinced you on purchasing these two great (and good for your body) products, I'll continue with my review. Along with these two great finds, I purchased some Organic Brazil Nuts, Organic Sourdough Bread, and a couple of Zum Bar goats milk soap (frankincense and myrrh, tyvm). If you've never tried a Zum Bar you really should. Friendly employees and a comfortable family atmosphere store made for a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

They have the spinner bagging system, which I can understand due to the lack of front end space. Came home noticed I did not get all my bags and called. Ask about the bag left there and she told me it is my responsibility to get all my bags, which is a ridiculous answer. How can I make sure I got all my bags if she didn't spin it around to me? Now I am out about 20.00 worth of groceries. It's not so much the groceries, its the "I could care less" answer. She said this happens all the time, Well then do something about it!!!! Probably continue to shop there but I will make my own last spin to check their bagging area for my own mind.

It was pretty busy and everyone working in the deli was hustling to get orders out. One of the other customers told me it was BBQ day and strongly recommend the BBQ, but I had my heart set on the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The staff was friendly and helpful after I told them I was a first timer. I picked the banana pudding as the side. I got my order after a few minutes and went toy car to eat. The chicken parm was hot and fresh. The chicken was cooked well with a good outer crust. The sauce was good and there was plenty of cheese. The bread was awesome. Soft on the outside and had a good toasted crisp on the inside. The banana pudding was great. Full of banana flavor, whipped cream and a vanilla wafer. All of that for $8.00, too! I will definitely return and try some of the other items!
