I expected the truck would be fully washed with soap and rinsed with water prior to waxing, but it wasn't. Maybe it's the nature of mobile detailing to not use much water, but I made a hose and faucet available to them. Had I known I would have run it through a car wash first, and this method would have worked. The paint was shiny when they finished, but I could still see dirt on parts of the truck. I hate to leave a poor review and I want this young business owner to be successful, but this is my honest opinion of the service I received, so for me I'll choose another method next time.
