Michelle truly cares about finding you the best home and will even wait months & months (or even years like she did with us!) and never complain about touring tons of homes with you until you find what is the best fit and checks all of your boxes. Buyers, especially in the mountains, seem to always ask for more, even if the last offer/counteroffer were clearly reasonable. Even at the last minute. We did a couple small jobs for Cindy and all went well. No major red flags. The last job we did for her was in the office located on the back of her property. My wife was hired to do the interior painting. The prep work for this job was extremely extensive , wood work repair , wall repairs , door casing replacement and ceiling repairs. Cindy expressed to us not to go over the top on any of the repairs and prep work just to go ahead and paint over a lot of the imperfections. But some of this damage needed to be addressed. She gave us the green light to move forward on the repairs that needed to be addressed. When it came time for us to submit our final pay out Invoice, she completely refuse to pay us. She made all sorts of false accusations and made every excuse in the book and decided she wasn't going to pay my wife the $2500 she owed her. She blew up my phone ranting for days , Making all sorts of personal accusations and threats. I had to block her. Some of the redirect coming in via text message made me question her mental stability and wonder if I should take legal action. Since then I've counted the money lost and lesson learned. I would never recommend this business to anyone ever. And I stay clear of this person as far away as I can. Sorry I don't have better things to say about this business.
