I called ALC and spoke with Sandy, within a week I was in Florence SC and was invited to tour their factory. Not only did Sandy replace my Front bumper but went above and beyond to correct and replace two other items. I can't tell you what that experience meant to me. Sandy and her team truly care about customer satisfaction 100%! Thank you everyone at ALC for making such a wonderful product! Turns out our last mechanic didn't securely install the water pump and now our Chevy's head gasket was blown. I can't say in words how scared and stressed we were on the side of the highway, we barely limped off to an exit after triple A couldn't help us. John from J&H actually saved us and our Thanksgiving. He got our keys at 8 pm! Towed it the rest of the way himself! And fixed the blown head gasket! While working with our budget! All to make sure two strangers could get on with their life safely. Times are tough and big emergencies/costs are scary, good people like J&H will keep America going. Trustworthy service, didn't need followed up with once. If I find myself in Latta again, I'll bring him a drink, owe him a latta!

Tony rebuilt the transmission and put in an electronic shifter so it would have overdrive on long trips to ball games. We got our vehicle back in the time promised and it shifted so smooth. We have been driving this vehicle for over 10 years now without a single transmission issue. We limped into their large garage area where there were plenty of cars & trucks being worked on by the Superior auto mechanics. Thorough testing clearly showed the clutches to be worn out and needing to be replaced (and we are 400 miles from home on a Friday afternoon). Tony Lee (the owner) had the parts, gave us priority for the repairs, and he stayed late on Friday to rebuild the Escalade's heavy-duty transmission. It was installed the next morning and we continued our vacation to N. Myrtle Beach. Tony let us park our camper next to his garages and provided electric and water hookups for the night. He even let us use his wife's Escalade so we could drive into Scranton for dinner. And he took the time to show me his race cars. What a great professional experience. And his entire team was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Superior Transmissions as the place to go for your serious auto repairs.
