The dojo teaches a style of jujutsu that dates back to 1650, an Okinawan style of Karate where the dojo has very close ties to very senior international organizations and recently we have added a traditional style of Okinawan weapons. Everything being taught is very realistic and practical. The training is rigorous but the dojo has a strong sense of community and helping others grow. Under Sensei Williams' leadership, the Seibukan Dojo has become one of the strongest dojos with an incredible reputation. Over the years I have seen this dojo grow into a very important dojo recognized around the world for its great instruction and commitment to traditional martial arts. I could go on but, if you are searching for a home to practice traditional martial arts this would be the place.

She's been going to this school for so long, and while she doesn't really exhibit power in her strikes, and she's a fairly small young lady, I thankfully have some confidence that in an attack, she could handle herself pretty well. I'm really grateful for all of the effort Nubreed puts into every detail of their business. I really don't know of another Martial Arts school that goes to the lengths they go to in order to keep operations smooth. In fact, you'd be hard to find many businesses that do so, in general. I wish them the very best of luck, and if you're looking for a Martial Arts school of any style, feel free to reach out to me for questions about this place. I'm so glad we found them.

One choice I've never second guessed was the decision to send him to Fierce Dragon martial arts. They are a cornerstone of his foundation. They have been there to shape his character and guide him in his struggles not only with martial arts but academically, socially, and personally. They have played such an important role in his growth and success. Upon receiving multiple awards and accolades not to mention compliments from other parents and teachers on what a fine and respectful young man he is, I give thanks to Master Kimmel, his wife Jessica, Mr Cholowa , Master Zeman, Master Siegel, Mr DiGirolomo and so many more. Their mantra of being a good citizen, being courteous to everyone they meet , treating people the way you would want to be treated , knowing when to do the right thing are words to live by. I never would have believed 14 years ago that my clumsy, awkward, socially challenged, 4 year old would earn the rank of 3rd Dan. As my son prepares for college, I remind him, all roads lead back to Fierce Dragon. For any parent considering martial arts for their child, not only would I say go for it but go for it at Fierce Dragon !!!

Definitely take the rest of your groupon or introductory classes before you sign anything. After my first class, and barely breaking a sweat, i made the stupid mistake of signing the contract on the promise that i was going to get a better workout in subsequent classes. I made the HUGE mistake of signing up on the first day for 35 classes that cost 3 payments of $150 (THANK GOD I didnt sign a contract for 6 months or a year). So now im stuck paying for something that is not worth $150. I wouldve rather gotten a full membership at equinox for what the price is here.
