He could be difficult in class, but the instructors Ms Hannah, Mr Hunter, Mr Mark never gave up on him. Their patience and encouragement have meant so much to our family. While we were facing months-long wait for occupational therapy, I felt helpless. This academy gave him a supportive place to practice focus, build confidence, and learn leadership and proper manners. In just three months, without any therapy we've seen a change/ transformation that once felt out of reach. My four year old wakes up on his own, makes his bed, gets dressed, and puts on his shoes by himself. His first time breaking a board was a huge "wow" moment. Then he broke a real wooden board, and his face lit up like Christmas. You could see the confidence it gave him. He'd also had frightening experiences with older kids pushing him on playgrounds, and he became afraid of them crying just at the sight of them. At the academy, the older students help and encourage the younger ones, which has helped him feel safer around them. He genuinely enjoys going to class. There are many martial arts academies out there, but this one feels like home. They provide such a valuable service to our community, and I love how this academy has helped our whole family grow. I'm so thankful for the patience they've shown my son and for giving him a place to feel capable, work hard, and celebrate what he can do.

The instructors go above and beyond their call in every aspect, everyday, and have continued to teach online classes while so many "non essential" business are closed. I highly recommend at least checking out a Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and kickboxing class to see for yourself.

Despite his claims he doesn't like it, he has a great time when he is there. I'm very impressed for a few reasons I think are important to share; 1. Casual group classes based on skill level. 2. Family run and very friendly. 3. Staff, particularly the owner (Sensai=teacher) builds the kids and works with them and encourages them. 4. Multiple days so it's not a simple one time a week and it's broken up so the kids get appropriate and palatable instruction they can easily digest. 5. Unlike a lot of activities, it's very much geared toward parents being able to sit and watch the kids during the lesson. If you are going to enroll yourself or children, this is the place,
