At 10pm I called around for plumbers, describing the situation, and got quotes for around $250 just to fix a leak. Then I called WPH, which I've never heard of or read a review of, and the guy who answered, Rick, estimated around $100. He and his partner came out the next morning at 8am (fit me into his packed schedule) and found another problem which caused the leak. He fixed it with copper fittings (the old pipe was galvanized steel and corroded pretty badly) and with an hour's of work and 2 people and a couple of copper parts, he fixed it for $160. He was very thorough and answered everything I asked. He is the owner, which is a big plus. I HIGHLY recommend Rick and WPH.

Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
