My experience with this company was terrible. First, they were a day late for the pack out. They were to arrive on a Wednesday at 9am but they called me Wednesday at 9am to say they could not make it until Thursday. I had already arranged my schedule to be present on Wednesday for the move so it was tough to reschedule at the last minute. Then, about $10K of jewelry went missing. I had forgotten about the items in my jewelry box and when it arrived in IL, they were missing but everything else of no value was there. The box was not tampered with in transit. In addition, we had severe damages to our stuff the was not dismantled or packed properly. The packing tea had to be aware of the fact that they broke our bed frame while taking it apart because the damage to every piece was severve to the point that the bed cannot be repaired. I would not recommend this company. If you do use them, be warned. read more

I DO NOT recommend this moving company. We had very expensive items stolen from our moving (Special edition brand new adult mountain bike and scooter, along with others), they vanished without a trace. When we contacted the company through Mrs. Erika Del Valle several times we where told different stories and the last one being they where lost in the warehouse??? Now they are trying to wash their hands regarding the mishandling of our valuables, so to try to avoid legal action against them or an insurance claim. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. read more

Would not recommend this company. Called Monday, Wed, Fri and following Monday never received quotation after promising each time I would receive it. If to get a quotation was so difficult, cannot imagine my shipment in their untrustworthy hands. read more
