Everyone was great, very nice very professional very helpful and they did a wonderful job and deep cleaning my house. The house looked great. They put everything back after they dusted vacuumed and mopped. Then Melissa provided me with a biweekly price that was just within my price range. I have to say they provide quality work. When it came to the clean itself, four cleaners were on site to perform a deep clean of our 4/3.5 3K square foot home and they did an AMAZING job! Every inch of floor, baseboard, and carpet was beautifully cleaned, blinds and fans properly dusted, carpet vacuumed, counters wiped clean, appliances made to look like new, all the dog hair from our three dogs gone from even the tightest of nooks & crannies, and so much more! Cleaning was completed in approximately 4 hours and we were thrilled with the results. This was a fantastic experience and Izza's Cleaning Services will be our go to moving forward.     Let's talk about 4 Sisters Cleaning Service. Please note all of our communication has been done in…read morewriting so there are receipts to verify each and every thing stated in this review. The only thing discussed in person was my need reschedule one week of cleaning due to me being out of town. Let's jump into it. I reached out to 4 Sisters Cleaning around April 24, 2024 via Nextdoor. I had asked my neighbors for suggestions for a cleaning service and they were recommended by a couple of people. I reached out to Michael and set up bi weekly service. I told him I had a previous maid service that kept dropping the ball, but they had done a deep cleaning two months before and would come bi weekly. Usually most companies just pick up cleaning from there, but Michael stated they had to do another deep cleaning. I agreed. My appointment was set for Tuesday 4/30/2024 between 10:30-11am. That time passed and at 11:30am I reached out to see what was going on. Michael checked and stated there was a mix up with his girls and they could come in 20-30 mins. I told him they could come at 1pm after lunch or tomorrow or Thursday 10am or later. He said tomorrow at 10am would be best. I agreed and asked for an arrival window. He said will do. Then he texted me later on stating that Thursday would be better due to cancellations. The first cleaning was fine but definitely not a deep cleaning. They did not have any step stools to get to the high areas including the top of book shelves and the mounted tv. Other crews bring those to hit those areas. I also pointed out the oven and fridges since those were included in the deep clean. They were missed. Those issues I relayed to Michael and he stated the girl who came that time with the crew would not be back due to suspected issues with her level of cleaning. That was fine. I had another lady come to my home with the crew the next time and things were better. About a month later on May 16, they were scheduled to come for my bi weekly cleaning. They were scheduled between 11-11:30am. Michael texted me at 11:34am stating they were running behind and would be there now between 1:30-2pm. The crew gets dropped off my Michael and he returns when they are done. They always wait on the porch for pick up. This day we had severe weather and a tornado near by. I called him to make sure he arrived in time before the storms hit so he and his crew could get back safely. He finally arrived to get them right before the storms hit. When I was paying him I asked him if we could possibly move my cleaning in two weeks to the week after, so three weeks from now. I volunteer each year with Rotary International as a camp counselor for their leadership camp. No one would be here so there was no need to clean but could definitely pick back up when I get home. He said no that the schedule was set and that I would just have to skip that week and they would come in a month. I said that was fair and they were set to arrive today. Yesterday Michael texted me to make sure we were on for today. I asked him to confirm the time. My frenchie was diagnosed with lymphoma on Valentine's Day. He has been fighting this cancer and going through chemo since then. His appointments can be weekly or every other week due to the drug he is given and the availability of his oncologist. Michael said they would be here today between 2-2:30pm. I told him that was fine. My pup's chemo was scheduled for 10am but I asked to move it to 7:30am to make sure we were home and prepared for the maids arrival. I wanted to make sure I kept my scheduled date and time. Last time got skipped due to me being out of town volunteering which is set a year in advance. We got home today with plenty of time and have been waiting. At 1:51pm Michael texted me stating they would not be coming today due to being shorthanded. But they could reschedule me for tomorrow. After all we went through about not rescheduling and making sure I honored my appointment time I was confused about the offer to reschedule. I let him know I changed things to make sure I was here today for them. That based on all of the previous delays, rescheduling and level of service things were fine as they are and I would not be using them moving forward. He texted me back stating "That's fine you don't keep to your schedule cleaning, so why should we'. That was the nail in the coffin. I should have known better and expected that based on his responses to previous clients above. I would have been completely open to possibly using them in the future if he simply said no problem, thanks or simply not responded. But with that type of customer service I made the best decision cutting the cord. A lot of the sentiments I have expressed have been shared here by other customers. Avoid if you can. You deserve better.

    I contracted 4 Sisters Cleaning Services to clean my kitchen. I was moving in…read more The 4 of them crowded into my kitchen and spoke in Spanish. Doing their best to ignore me. I wanted them to vacuum the kitchen cabinets and then do a moist wipe before putting in the cabinet lining. They were unprepared, did not communicate and didn't do the work I wanted done. There is MORE I'd say about the cruel people in the company, but YELP doesn't want me to put that stuff in, so I won't. You've been warned. I cannot recommend 4 SISTERS CLEANING SERVICES.
