Getting X-ray results to the.office is a pain. I received day after X-rays to my medical app. This cost me $100 every time I got an X-ray x 8-10 times. Paid the bill from Zadina. 6 months after passing stones I have an appointment. I had a family emergency and was seriously strapped for money until payday. I asked to pay my copay on payday and they refused me service. I was dumbfounded at this and will not be returning to this office ever! I am going to check with my insurance to see if they were billed for this non appointment that they cancelled! Ridiculous this happened over a copay, I was in a either feed my family or pay the copay situation. What an ass!

Receptionist was very nice and making an appoint was simple. I arrived for my appointment on time, and in lots of pain. Dr. Zadina shortly came into the room and went through the standard questions and asked other questions. He was very detailed. Diagnosed the type of Kidney Stones I had and gave me some prescriptions to take care of them and some of the side effects. Had two follow up appointments and I am now Kidney Stone free. I really like the fact that when you leave, the receptionist gives you a complete printout of your visit and any action items, so you don't have to try to remember what to do next or what was said. No problems recommending the doctor...he knows what he is doing!

There are tons of YELP reviews for restaurants and business, but none for oncologists?? Oncologists…read moreare people too! So kids, here is my review! A year ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Being that it is slow growing, I spent a couple months researching the best course of treatment, given the biopsy results. To my surprise, many urologists/oncologists do a "hard sell" on the treatment they suggest. Some were downright pushy. One, I walked out of. To my relief, Dr Randy Sorum did not make a hard sell. A couple different radiation based options were presented. We discussed non-radiation treatments as well. In the end, it was my choice (borrowing a line from the feminists : "it's my body! I have a right to choose.") Last summer I went through 5 weeks of daily external radiation. This was followed by two high dose internal zaps of my prostate. I can't praise the staff and Dr Sorum enough for their professionalism and what used to be called bedside manner. I actually looked forward to my daily zapping and those who zapped me (zap is probably not an acceptable medical term). Each day was like having coffee with friends. Six months later, all is clear and my body is doing right on what Dr Sorum said it would as it recovers from the radiation. I can't ask for more than that. Other than I am a little disappointed I don't glow in the dark. (-;

This place is very bad. The wait time is incredibly long, especially on days they're not even busy?…read more3 staff workers on duty I guess and they need a minimum of 2 hours with 1 patient, jeez. The doctors are so lazy. I've came here with my kids to get referrals to go see various other specialists, and the doctor ends up forgetting and leaves this whole annoying process for us to have to keep calling and reminding them to do their job. Unbelievable. The staff are just not very friendly either, and very unprofessional. The literal receptionist still wears a mask in 2026, sorry miss but Covid ended 5 years ago lol. And her desk and the wall next to her is littered with multiple LGBTQ flags, terms, and pronouns. I'm not a conservative by any means, but that's not the way to welcome people in by any means, let's get some new staff at the front desk shall we? They always seem so pissed off about doing their job? Why do you work here then lol. I think the DMV workers are a better experience and those guys are brutal. Overall I'm just really disappointed with the services here. Sure it's a kids pediatrician place so maybe it's my fault for the high expectations, but they need to clean up their act here and actually do their job for once! If insurance companies didn't require referrals and other stuff from these doctors, we'd never go here. Other specialist places are so much better and professional. And I'm definitely considering getting my kids a new doctor. Unbelievable! Washington state services are going downhill every year.
