If there was a wait, it wasn't that long of a wait. The location is in a quiet and safe area and offers different services that normal bank branches do: withdrawals, deposits, money orders, ATMs for convenience, etc. I like Navy Federal, and I have been a banking customer for a very long time. I have been to bigger branches, and it's pretty much the same. The only thing I think I'm really disappointed by with Navy Federal is that they don't offer services for getting foreign currency. It would be so convenient if they offered this service because I travel a fair amount. I do understand it may just not be in their best interest based on current demographics of their clients, but I don't know for sure. anyways, pretty solid branch that offer a pretty solid service.

Thank goodness I don't bank at Citi...you may ask 'how can you provide a review then??' Well, let…read moreme tell you how I've been introduced to the inefficient, poor customer service here. A parent (unfortunately) banks at Citi so I've been roped into dealing with this sorry excuse for a bank. You have to make an appointment for almost any transaction. When you make an appointment you may have to wait anyway. They tell you they will call to follow up and never do. They have limited staff so be prepared to wait. Perhaps I am spoiled because I bank at another institution and I can easily walk in and accomplish what I need to do with friendly, courteous service. I am biding my time till when I am able to pull all funds from Citi. Stay away...

Citi clearly doesn't know how to tell time (red flag for anyone considering their dishonest banking services). Sir/Ma'am: Where does it even say in the terms and conditions/customer agreement about account block "inactivity"? Most banks don't do that and are very understanding of their various customers needs, so I'm not recommending Citi to family, friends, or anyone with common sense just like the other 1-star reviewing customers.

The overall rating for this place is more of a 3.5 star rating. I mean I don't have major issues…read morewith this place because it is pretty empty when I go and when I enter there always seems to be someone there to ask me if I need help. However, here lies the reason I give this place 3.5 stars out of 5: Although this place is practically empty when I go they typically only have about one teller working the counter and one working the drive-thru. Now this wouldn't be a problem if the customers in front of me didn't have such complicated transaction and the tellers moved with a bit more haste. Now don't get me wrong the tellers are typically nice and respectful people but at times they don't always move the fastest. So having just one or two people in front of you can sometimes feel like you have 4 or 5 in front of you. Honestly, this place isn't bad and it is typically empty. And although, this is the case I don't feel this will be the case much longer since the Ashburn area is growing at a pretty fast rate I expect this Wells Fargo bank to increase in the amount of customers it gets on a regular when all the new homes and apartments are complete in the area. My closing words are as of now, when you go in hopefully you are the first person in line or the teller assisting you has a bit more pep in their step. That way your visit will be pleasant and quick..
