The lady that I talked to made a very big deal about it, was rude, and refused to cash the check. The check was written out perfectly fine and they could not give me a good excuse as to why they could not cash it. So I ended up going to US bank where I have recently opened an account and they had no problems with it at all. They cashed it immediately. This is not the only problem that I have had with the Bank of Little Chute. I would not suggest ever opening up an account here. I would highly recommend US bank instead.

Sh*t company. They charge $5 every time you make a payment. Thats almost $300 in convenience fees…read morejust for making online payments. Since when is receiving, opening, processing and depositing a physical check easier than an online payment? Convenience my @ss. You cannot contact customer service from the loan payment page either, and they take about 10 frickin years to take the payment out of your account.
