The teller said she would have to talk to the manager. My fiancé watched through the glass as the two discussed this incredibly outrageous (apparently) request. They both shook their heads no to each other and after the teller came out, she said she could not help with this (weighty) request. However, if we were to open an account there they would give us the coveted change for a twenty. My fiancé replied, "Well, I'm sure not going to open an account here am I!?" So, no. We will not open an account at this bank and will make sure anyone we know goes to a different bank in town unless they are A-listers..... PS. The automated phone system is confusing. Then operator is hard to understand. They mail your…read morestatement to the wrong address. You can not even call and get your balance.
