It's perfect for big events because people are less worried about how many hands have touched the cookies. I love that! We also get the other cookies and their soft and delectable. We also got cupcakes. For this event, the other cookies were gobbled up more and I went home with most of the cupcakes. I probably won't order them for this event next time but they taste good and the frosting so black that you really do have brush it out of your teeth haha. Ordering is so easy and fast. I love that I can do it online and then just go pick it up. More photos and videos at thecapitolball.com and @thecapitolballevents I ran out of space on my phone for uploads.

I wanted to support small businesses so from the search that I did I narrowed it down to this place…read morebecause the reviews gave me a feeling that Bella would be getting a good cake, baked from the heart. I wanted a chocolate cake w/ vanilla buttercream. I don't know much of what she likes but I mentioned to add flowers to it. I wasn't sure why it wasn't in a form of fondant but maybe that was my fault for not being specific. After my order was placed via text, I made sure I paid right away. This was delivered about an hour ago. I don't know what the cake tastes like but the presentation is terrible. If I ended up w/ this end result I would have went out to Safeway to jimmy it so that it would look nothing like store-bought. Even the "Happy 19th Birthday, Bella" was done out of sequence and misalignment. I feel like we deserve a refund and an apology for this poor product and service.

I started following Bundle of Cupcakes on social media before their brick and mortar location even opened and was blown away by the beauty and skill on their flower decorated cupcakes. Since the store opened I've visited many times to pick up treats. They offer single cupcakes as well as well as boxes of 4, 6 or 12. The cupcake flavors change throughout the year and I love having a variety to choose from. If you're looking for something special, plan to order ahead to customize your order. They create beautiful cupcake bouquets and have a large variety of flowers they can emulate. The bouquets look so real from afar, and are truly a work of art, even up close. Plus they taste amazing. I just stopped in recently to try some specialty desserts that they posted on IG, and of course pick up a cupcake, and everything was delicious. When I'm looking for desserts that will wow, this is one of my go-to spots.

Firstly she has a cute little shop in a small shopping center with plenty of parking. The interior is clean and simple and a bit sparse, but there are sample display of bouquet designs that are truly incredible for all seasons and occasions. At the counter you have regular cupcakes in assorted flavors of the day. Then there are limited "a la carte" (not pre-ordered) bouquet cupcakes in sets of 4 or 6 for sale. She is a one-woman-army and I admire her for her dedication. One discrepancy was that we arranged for pick-up at 1 pm and I was later told it was between 1:30-2pm. Not a big deal but I ended up getting back to the house for the party late with the key. So I had to rush. Jelisa was kind to help me load them into my car carefully though. I ordered a bouquet of 12 cupcakes and also ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes in the color and design fitting the color scheme for my best friend's med school graduation. These were A HUGE HIT at the graduation party. Everyone kept asking about them and they drooled over the sweet fresh rich flavors!! I am not a big dessert person but I could not stop at one cupcake!! The guests were SO impressed and kept asking who and where I got these from. I was glad to share Bundle of Cupcakes.
