This gym was previously on Broad River rd., and has been open on Main st. a little over 2 months…read morenow. The staffed hours are M-F 8am-7pm (if you're wanting to join/inquire about memberships). It is one of the better 24hr gyms I've been to... it has free weights (including kettle bells), machines, multiple squat bars, TRX bands, and even a crossfit rack downstairs, and all of the standard cardio equipment (as well as punching bags and even the JACOB's LADDER) upstairs. It has a loft style feel to it. There is one shower in both the male and female bathrooms for those wanting to workout before work or during a lunch break. There are 4 TVs upstairs but cable has not been installed yet (they're working on that). The peak hours are usually M-F 4:30-8pm. I think it's a great little addition to the booming main st!

Being able to come here for my workouts is a breathe of fresh air when compared. Weights are always put back and everyone cleans up after themselves! I am so amazed each time I come here with how tidy everything is. The price is great only $20 a month and you can come anytime, literally! The cardio is upstairs and offers treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowing machines, and even a mountain climbing machine! There are punching bags upstairs as well. TVs are upstairs and music plays throughout the gym. Downstairs there is a free weight area, TRX area, and machine area. Literally everything you could need! Weights belts, boxes, and all the attachments for the wire! Love this place and so happy we found it!

Just when you thought the parking couldn't get any worse, this month they added MORE no-parking…read moresigns against the only remaining fence where people could safely parallel park up front. This comes after they repeatedly reduced up-front parking quietly throughout all of last year, first by reserving two spots at the front for EMPLOYEES (why should paid employees park in front of customers???) and then later by blocking the corners and some of the fences from being parked on for no good reason. Up-front parking at the new location is now beyond unacceptable for a gym that costs $70 per month, and it's a huge betrayal to long-time members like myself who have been coming here for years and remember back when there was plenty of up-front parking at the old Brickhouse. Now we have to drive 5 minutes further past old Brickhouse and (if you park in the overflow lot which is RIDICULOUSLY far away) you walk another 5 mins to the gym so you waste an extra 20 minutes round trip for every gym day. That's an hour per week wasted if you workout 3x. Who decided this was a good choice for the new gym??? The inconvenient location and parking far outweigh the larger size of the gym, which btw still doesn't have enough barbells for all the racks and still has outdated equipment in disrepair. I have tried to be patient and give them time to work out their childish quibbles with ETV over the closer overflow parking lot, but I'm not sure how much longer I will wait before canceling for good. Shame on Brickhouse for choosing this location knowing that the parking would be terrible and then deliberately making the parking even worse!!!

The staff gave me a tour when I first walked in, and they have been very helpful with any questions I have. I do wish they had more weight benches, because those always seem to be taken. I need to figure out the best time to go, I guess. The spa part is really cool. I like the massage chairs, and the body stimulation. I think you can only sign up for about 10 minutes at a time though. I think you can keep signing up, as long as no one else is waiting. I thought the facilities were very clean, and I like how there are towels to wipe down the equipment. I wish they had some kind of wipes, like a Clorox wipe, instead of paper towels and some kind of spray stuff. I have seen some people not wipe down stuff, but I didn't wanna be a snitch, but man that's just gross, and inconsiderate. I'm looking forward to trying out the classes. It's also cool that the black card allows you to use other Planet Fitnesses anywhere. You also get the use of a personal trainer, which I may look into soon. Oh and the staff greet you, when you walk in, and also always say goodbye. I think my only complaint is they don't have a pool. Oh and I love the whole no judgement thing they do.

My husband, Brandon Rabon, and I have nearly 50 years of combined experience in the fitness industry. Throughout the years we've dealt with a number of gym equipment manufacturing and distribution companies, but none have come close to the level of professionalism and incredibly kind, responsive customer service as we've experienced working with Williams Strength. Doing business with Williams Strength doesn't feel like you're "doing business" with them, but rather chit-chatting with some really cool, knowledgeable people who are passionate about fitness, strength and the best equipment to help you reach your goals. The person we worked with got back to us right away via email, phone calls, etc., greeted me at the door by my first name when I went to the facility to look at equipment options, and had all of the equipment we were interested in purchasing up at the front ready for me to look at and try out. We will only ever do business with Williams Strength in the future for all of our workout equipment needs. Absolutely, hands-down, the best!

The equipment is much improved, in both quality and quantity, and I like the floor plan much better now. I really like how they've added Olympic-weight dumbbells (such as 22.5 lbs), as well as multiple stations for bench press and squats. Because of this, you don't have to stand around and wait too long for somebody else to finish their set, which is a much-appreciated upgrade from Muv. Although I don't do as much cardio as I should, the gym also appears to have an extensive selection of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, row machines, etc., that you can go upstairs and use. The locker rooms are nice as well, to include a sauna that I've never personally used, but which seems like a good option to have. All-in-all, OneLife Forest Acres is a really solid gym, which is much improved from its previous iteration as Muv Fitness. Because of this, I would recommend getting a membership here, as well as choosing this location over other OneLife's to work out at. Also... I took these pictures during the snowfall of January 2026, and am glad that I got to document it!

My story is that I have had three trainers within the last month. I know change happens, so this is partly about my own comfort level. I accept change at times, when it is out of my control. Not always a happy camper, but I accept it. Michael, my trainer, who I really worked well with, is now indisposed. Don't know whether it is temporary or permanent. His style was unique and very strenuous. Could be very taxing, but never over did it. Bench press, dead lift, overheads, squats, power cleans, curls, cables, dumbbells, dips and chins. Never exposed me to injury. Mentioned when I had issues with shoulder, knee, back elbow, etc. Other members would praise my form and strength. My two recent trainers, Chandler and Lindsay, have different approaches. They are great at what they do. It's a different workout for me. I'm having some issues adjusting. No criticism. Just fact.
