There is often empty bottles of product, a hair tie, or a wad of hair (gross!) left in the shower and I see that it is still there on my next visit. Only one stairclimber out of 4 are actually functioning, I had no problem paying out biweekly fees for more than one membership - but now I am about to cancel. Don't join this place for your New Year's resolution or a place to work out. The childcare is phenomenal and I love how well that part of this location is managed BUT I want to workout and this place is lacking the basic machines that are actually used.
