The shop is mostly wine, some local food stuffs, and different books (mostly in Italian). We were a bit bummed at the offerings .. we would have bought wine accessories and logo'd items if they'd been available. Our tour guide was excellent and explained everything in English; all told, about an hour, and included a few tastings. Two options for tastings .. one (free), is the tour and a few small tastes (we did this). The second (for a fee) was the tour, a full glass, tastings, and some nibbles. Well worth the visit!

Wine - 4* Ambience - 5* Food (salami/cheese) - 3* We've seen people leaving because of the slow service. Dirty tables all over.

You will also find brewed beers from breweries all over Sardinia. They also make an amazing sheep cheese and meat plate for 12€. And since most restaurants don't open until 7pm for dinner, you can sit here and have an appetizer and wine before dinner.

Corsica's granitic, sandy soil, elevation and maritime climate is much like the more prominent wine regions of France and Italy. and while it's wines are popularly consumed locally, it isn't as known elsewhere. we tasted our way through a selection of ripe and juicy reds, herby whites and fruity rosés. learned that Sciaccarellu and Nielluccio grapes only found in the island gives it's wines the Corsican DNA. young wine is aromatic and light, vintage is juicy, jammy with a lipsmacking and long finish. we left "happy".
