You notice the warm hospitality right upon entry - the cafe is quite new, so the lovely proprietors were happy to share some background about their visions of introducing the community to an authentic Vietnamese coffee & cuisine experience. I had the cháo, rice porridge - perfect for a cold winter day, and very filling. I'd been craving an egg coffee, and was served a smooth latte with a fluffy egg crema reminiscent of marshmallow. I couldn't help but to also order a slice of the salted egg yolk cake, which was delicious. Subtly sweet, and rich with egg. Everything was well priced, though you'll pay a bit extra compared to your standard latte for the luxurious egg coffee. Give this place a try! read more
