Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots. I suggest you stop by a TD Bank Branch if you're shopping for a bank. KUDOs to the Teams at TD Bank.

After failing to get information about my account over the phone due to some voice identification that didn't match, they told me I would have to go to the bank. I never set up voice identification. When I called the bank and explained the situation, the Assistant Manager told me that I would have to come in to the bank. This is very bad Customer Service to a handicapped individual. I was then contacted by Kristofer T., US Digital Operations Customer Response at 1-856-437-3386. He left a message and email. I called him back 4 times and sent 2 emails and he has yet to respond since 11/12/25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!

    I first spoke with this business on August 19th, where they tried to get my business to fund with…read morethem because they received my information through a broker and wanted to cut out the middle man. I explained I was not interested in them and would not apply because information was shotgunned out. This person, I believe Anthony, did not want to listen that I was not interested. He asked for my email and I gave it to him and hung up. I did some basic research that showed they were just another predatory business funding company. I deleted his email which went to my spam folder anyways. I then got 2 phone calls on August 20th from him and then 2 again on August 21st. The second phone call on the 21st he called from a private number so I answered it because sometimes clients call from a blocked number. Anthony, I believe, asked when I was going to submit my bank statements and application. He still would not listen when I stated I told him on the 19th that I was not interested and that I was not interested now. I said I would not apply. He asked if we were still looking for funding and I said yes, but we will go through known and reputable funding businesses. I said I will not apply with Olympus and stated that a basic search showed they are like any other predatory lender. He tried to ask how long did I serve at which point I just hung up the phone, he clearly did not care that I would not fund with Olympus and was trying everything except listen and kept trying to talk me in to sending them my sensitive banking information. Their lack of ability of listening combined with being shady and calling from a private number to trick me in to answering showed the real unprofessional nature of Olympus Business Funding Again today the 22nd of August from Anthony calling from a +11 number. I explained I had spoken to him the last many day I said I will not fund with Olympus Business funding and he juat says again Ill try you another time, I tried to say I don't need you to try another time, he hung up. This is ridiculous!

    I first spoke with a gentleman in September of 2021 regarding funding for my business. At first, we…read moreworking on the file for about a month trying to get us funding. After a few attempts it turned out we couldn't qualify due to my credit but after a few follow ups and steps to improve my credit, we were able to secure a loan a few weeks before Christmas which was amazing and much helped by the loan officer that was in charge of my account. Without their help and their constant follow-ups I would have not been able to secure the loan and keep my company afloat. Sometimes it was tough with the calls but at the end of the day we got it done. My experience felt like a long process but there was clarity at the end of it and I would recommend them based of customer service alone.
