Not only was Fiotax rude and unprofessional, they were wrong in a way that would've cost me thousands of dollars if I hadn't terminated my relationship with them. Update 2: Nearly 6 years later, the business has replied to this review with outright lies. I did not demand anything or cause any distress to staff.
