Things unfortunately seem to have changed quite a bit; my experience with her as a professional was a negative one. I came to her after April 15th and explained my situation where my return was already late due to a mistake with another tax accountant and that I needed her help to file quickly so as to not incur even more late fees. She then took a total of 7 WEEKS to finally file my return, after having to follow up with her 9 times because she would hardly ever respond to emails. I incurred even MORE fees thanks to her lack of responsiveness totaling upwards of $3000, only some of which were thankfully pardoned by the IRS because of my situation. Due to this unprofessional and very frustrating situation, neither my partner nor I will be working with Maryna moving forward.

After I was penalized several times for untimely filings for my small business by New York State and had a hard time getting anybody from Big Two office help me to fight the penalties I went ahead and filed necessary forms myself. After I've left their office to another accounting company, I have learned they never filed nor warned me about filing termination of the NYS - 45 Payroll for my corporation , so now almost 2 years later I'm getting penalized $1000 per quarter for failure to notify New York State that I didn't have any Payroll for the last 2 years. I attempted to review, sign, and pay for my taxes, virtually, however the MyBlock system is not allowing me to do so. I declined POM, only, but the system decided to decline my entire return. The tax pro, removed POM and resent the approval link but the system has been stuck in a loop. There is no easy customer service access or assistance, therefore, my return is waiting to be approved. The technology is horrendous and the "new" MyBlock page design is horrible. My time and energy is wasted due to their inadequate technology.
