My stylist, Trinity Tate, was extremely helpful when I was deciding what deep conditioner to choose. I have such unruly, dry curls, and she led me to a perfect conditioner that helped repair my locks. I hadn't had a hair cut in a while, so Trinity made sure to talk to me about the length I wanted off and reassured me as she cut, instead of just chopping, like many stylists do. My experience at Salon 1812 was wonderful and the prices were great for the services rendered. I left feeling renewed and very pleased. Would visit again!

We went over her availabilities as she was getting overbooked already and I got an appt for today, May 27th at 4 pm. I put it on my calendar and didn't think about it twice. To make it to my appt, I changed a work shift and got to the salon at 3:55pm. However I was shocked to hear that I was not on the books at all. Then Kayla looks further in her "calendar" and tells me my appt is magically made for June 17 at 3:45. And when I explained to her I had to miss work to be there today as this was the day and the time my appt was made for, She attempted her best to make weak excuses about being super busy and catching up on previous appts, and most importantly if I would like to keep her June appt as she has too many clients looking for an appt. Well I'm sure glad that she does, because I won't be one. Ms. Kayla please go ahead and cancel my appt for "June 17." I prefer not to have someone unprofessional like you touch my hair. He will tell you straight up if he thinks obtaining a color goal is possible and how many sessions it may take to get there. He does however love a challenge, and when I've been turned down by other salons, Cody happily took on my request with open arms! His prices are quite fair as well. Could not recommend him more.
