My stylist, Trinity Tate, was extremely helpful when I was deciding what deep conditioner to choose. I have such unruly, dry curls, and she led me to a perfect conditioner that helped repair my locks. I hadn't had a hair cut in a while, so Trinity made sure to talk to me about the length I wanted off and reassured me as she cut, instead of just chopping, like many stylists do. My experience at Salon 1812 was wonderful and the prices were great for the services rendered. I left feeling renewed and very pleased. Would visit again!

My son started getting nervous and the stylist asked if he wanted a sucker which he said yes. Whew! Meltdown avoided. The reason for the three stars, however, was the stylist didn't cut his hair the way I wanted it. As a stylist, it's great to inform customers if a hair type or texture won't work with the style they are looking for but that wasn't the case for my son's hair. She faded his hair because it "looks better" in her opinion. Honestly, if you ask if I want it faded or not and I said no? Just don't fade it. ‍
