Upon being greeted when I walked in, I was offered a beverage- coffee, water, mimosa, etc. They looked at my current manicure, as it had to get removed, and they recommended a certain soft gel brand for me. I really appreciated being walked through the options and feeling like they really cared about what I wanted. They also let me take my time choosing a color while Tatiali got started removing my dip. I am so pleased with how my gel manicure turned out. Tatiali really took her time and cared how I was liking it along the way. She explained how their products are different than the typical nail salon - they are much safer and gentler for your nails. She's anticipating the gel to last at least two weeks. It feels natural and not too thick - I love it so much and even more so knowing it's not destroying my nail beds as badly as typical products do. I am so thankful for this place already. Extra bonus is once you start with their products, they don't charge you to remove it the next time you come in.
