I had been looking forward to a pedicure and builder nail manicure. My appointment was at 10…read more The manicure started out beautifully however at 1:15 Yule was still working on my nails. (Never did get to a pedicure) The product was thick and uneven with residue left on my fingertips. I had actually gone in the week before to interview their nail tech who was a darling woman. I questioned her about techniques and products. The pictures on line of her work were amazing. HOWEVER Nearly 3 and 1/2 hours later I paid $62 for just a manicure and left a $10 tip to be polite. THEN had to find another salon to FIX my nails. In addition, I had told Sue the owner, that I would be looking for a consultation for my hair when I came in for my nail appointment. At the receptionist counter I mentioned this to Beth as well that morning. The salon was not busy yet no one made the time. How this experience made me feel, personally, there is no need to explain.

Ask for Sue. I had such a great experience at the salon today! Love the new location…read more Sue has been there for years, and it really shows.... she knows exactly what she's doing. Hair turned out perfect, and it was so fun chatting with her during the appointment. She makes the whole experience feel easy. One tip: she stays pretty busy, so it's definitely best to book an appointment ahead of time if you can. The front desk staff were juggling a lot when I came in, she might be newer, but they were still super friendly and helpful and told me about her new baby. While I was there, they happened to have a same-day opening for a nail appointment, so I grabbed it. If you're planning to get your nails done too, just plan for an hour or a little more. What a treat. Overall such a nice visit.... great conversation, great service, and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I've been into this salon several times, same stylist and never had trouble making an appointment…read morebefore. When I called today to make a simple hair cut with style appointment, the person that took my call was completely rude and snotty. Instead of asking me a simple question like "who is your regular stylist?", I got a laundry list of questioning; what is your length (normal question), what is your style, what is your texture - curly, wavy, or straight, then started repeating at the beginning...what is your length? When I said I already told you, that's when she starting lecturing me how much of a difference ALL of that detail would make for my making an appointment. This low IQ person decided my business wasn't nescessary and the owner didn't care anyway. Is this salon so desperate to book every single second of their time? All I wanted was a trim for shoulder length hair. Message to owner: Take some time to train whomever is answering your phones on providing good customer service. It should not be this difficult to book a hair cut. And especially to be treated so rudely by your staff!
