Great place! My daughter and I had a pedicure and they were top notch and the leg message was spot on! AWESOME!!! We will be back. Thank you read more

I had a dip manicure today at Cape Nails which will now be my mani-pedi home on Sanibel. Thuan (pronounced 2N) was my technician and this dip was as good (maybe better) as my long time summer tech up north. Cape Nails was just a little dated and cluttered but the practices clean and hygienic. The rapport among staff and patrons very kind and supportive. I highly recommend Thuan and Cape Nails. read more

Cape Nails - Holding up very well 10 days in and still shiny !! - Nail Salons Near Me - Sanibel, Florida

By far THE best dip manicure I've ever gotten! Melissa is SO sweet and did a phenomenal job. I'm about to go on week 4 of having this manicure and only 1 small chip and this is through lots of hand washing, sanitizer, washing dishes, cleaning, etc. I usually don't like dip because it's too thick, but Melissa does the perfect amount and makes sure it lasts long! I can't wait to go back during my winter visits! :) read more

Cape Nails - Only one small chip after 4 weeks - Nail Salons Near Me - Sanibel, Florida

Horrible attitude. Rude. Stay away. Tried calling. No answer. Went and was chastised for not calling... Pointed out that I tried calling. Was told, "we always answer. Go away." So I'm harangued by a nail tech w a bad attitude in front of silent strangers giving me sympathetic looks. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

I got a fabulous gel dip and a pedicure today. Super clean space and quality work. Family owned business on the island for 20years. read more

Cape Nails - Powder dip - Nail Salons Near Me - Sanibel, Florida

I was quite apprehensive to schedule a nail appointment when out of town in Sanibel, FL- especially for a special event. Every employee at Cape Nails salon was extremely professional, courteous, and kind. Every customer left the salon so happy. Dao, however, has changed my apprehensive thoughts. Dao created my French dip powder manicure and French tip gel pedicure far better than my technicians at home. She's an artist and completed her work so quickly! I am extremely picky and am so pleased with her results. She was most gentle (no drill) and I recommend this salon to anyone in Sanibel. I will definitely book another appointment when I am back in Sanibel next year. read more

Great pedi! I honestly think it's the best one I've ever had. Owner stayed after hours to take care of me. I very much appreciated that. I will return. read more

So nice here. Texted me as soon as i inquired. Got me in last minute. My nails were beautiful and price for pedi was great. They advised on color too which helped keep me from picking wrong color green for my skin tone read more

Very nice pedicure experience with excellent results. Great foot and leg massage included, with extra gentle consideration for my slightly sunburned legs. The other people there were all locals, which I take as a good sign. Price in line with what I typically pay in Chicago. Highly recommend! read more

My mom and I came here for pedicures while on vacation. Our total was $75 for 2 pedicures. I have no problem paying this price when I feel the service was worth it. The employees were nice, I had no issues with them. The pedicure felt rushed, though. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This was a BARE MINIMUM pedicure, like the most basic thing I've ever had. A few scrubs on my feet and some lotion on my legs. Nothing that really should have been $38 per person. One of my toenails was filed extremely crooked, enough so that an ingrown toenail was guaranteed unless I fixed it. read more

Pedicures shouldn't be painful! My mom and I went today for pedicures - very average experience and the price was high. $36 for a pedicure with or without polish. The tech doing my mom's pedicure was very aggressive with digging around her great toe sides and cuticle area. We repeatedly asked her to stop. I asked my tech to ask her to stop. The toe is now red and tender. Hopefully it won't get infected. read more

Paid 76 dollars for a gel mani and regular pedi only to have the manicure chip and peel off completely the next day. Extremely overpriced for something that didn't last and took over an hour to get done..would not recommend read more

This place was absolutely horrible!!! I would never go back and never recommend!!! We had made an appointment for 2:30 and when we got there we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to help us. Both of us got French pedicures, neither were done well, one too thin and the other had wobbly lines which we could have done better ourselves. They didn't even scrape the dead skin off of our feet or take care of them like usual, just a basic massage and cuticle trim. I also go a manicure, they didn't even shape my nails evenly. Then the staff convinced me to get shellack instead of regular polish saying it was much better and would only cost a little more, she then proceeded to charge $20 more for the shellack. She put a design on my nails which was done so poorly I also could have done better myself. If that is all not bad enough the prices were absolutely ridiculous! I walked out with an $85 bill for a Mani pedi read more

So great! Called before they opened to see their times and they answered/got me an appointment. Walked in before my appointment time and they took early. Super clean, calm and accommodating. Owner was so sweet and friendly. Wish I had had the time for a manicure with my pedicure! Price is a little over average but what I expected for a vacation pedicure. Awesome island stop! read more

The experience was pleasant, the prices decent, the actual nail painting meh. Nothing special, but not too bad. My 2-star review comes from the fact that, despite the fair cleanliness of the salon itself, none of the instruments were sterilized. There was a sterilizer in the corner but all the tools came out of and went back into the little cups next to the stations. I'm not particularly squeamish, and I don't expect a new package of personalized instruments every time, but using the same cuticle scissors or foot-scraper from one customer to the next is ick. No thank you. read more

Called in the morning and was able to make appointments for the same day for two people for pedicures. They even found time to paint my 10-year old's toes which thrilled her. The prices were as reasonable as I normally pay at home. The staff was friendly, the salon clean. I would definitely return! read more

On vacation, so took a chance, and loved it! I had Dao, and she was perfect! She was gentle and maticulous. I had a regular pedicure and special manicure with Nail Envy nail strengthening polish with color ... looks like a pink french manicure. Total for both services was $57 before tip. Melissa was also there, and both gals are very knowledgeable about troubled nails, and gave me lots of good advice to deal with several issues my nails have. I would definitely go back! read more

My mom and I planned a girls getaway to Sanibel Island... and we decided to wait and get our mani/pedis at the beach. This was a mistake. The service was friendly. But it was really expensive ($50+ each before tip) and my mani is already chipping after 1 day and my nails are ragged. I recommend getting your nails done BEFORE heading to the beach! read more

Made an appointment a month ahead of time to coincide with my visit. Agreed to change days to get a morning slot. Couldn't be bothered to write it down apparently as I showed up to hee, hee we forgot. Told to come back in the afternoon. Everyone makes mistakes but this was handled very unprofessionally. read more

We are regulars but have never written a review. Dao and Melissa take very good care of us and we look forward to coming back every December

Wonderful manicure and pedicure. Friendly staff and very clean. I highly recommend.

My daughter and I had pedicures at Cape Nails. We enjoyed our time here and had a nice chit chat with the staff.

This place was the BEST. The nail techs are soooo nice and gentle. They make sure that everyone thing feels comfortable. They have a great selection of colors for nails. They are super clean with all of their tools and bowls. Overall this place was great and the people were even nicer! Definitely would recommend!! read more

If there was a way to leave zero stars I would. Called ahead said they had time for us, get there and was not the cleanest, guy didn't wear gloves during the pedi. Maybe lasted a total of 10 minutes after removing old polish. Total waste of wayyyyy over priced service. Charged me 67$ for a weak pedicure and painting kids nails and toes. Don't waste your time. read more
