I have a few pieces of jewelry from their Cape Cod collection. They are stunning and super high quality when you see them on and in person. Unfortunately the display case they have is cluttered and makes the pieces look cheaper than the are. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a piece of jewelry that will look lovely for years to come to buy from this store. Other stores on this strip in particular offer subpar jewelry at a lower cost. I have the standard Cape Cod bracelet which is now over 10 years old and still looks beautiful. Ordered a 5mm flat curb chain received it in a few days it was beautiful however it looked a bit smaller than my other 5mm so much so I noticed immediately so I went ahead and measured the links with my calipers and the largest one was 4.5mm so idk why they would advertise them as a 5mm many other jewelers will market the exact mm for example Luke Zion sell 3.7 mm chains and you measure them they come out to 3.8 sometimes when I emailed them saying they must have sent me the wrong chain they said they measure just under 5mm which to me is 4.8 no less then asked for pictures of the measurements before they send a shipping label to return the item sent the pictures for them to never reply so here I am letting you all know they false advertise on their link sizes nice chain just wish it was what I ordered and wish I felt that they cared about their customer in the slightest read more

Came in to buy a watch battery for my father who has trouble walking/breathing so errands are a big deal for him to get help with. I was only on the cape for the day (I live 2 hours away) and I don't generally carry cash on me. This was the second place we went to try and find this battery and I was getting a little nervous that I wasn't going to be able to help him find it. The first woman I spoke to said she didn't want to run it as credit because they pay a fee on it, but while I was waiting to see if we had cash in the car they ended up just running it for me. I was so grateful because I actually didn't have any cash on me that day he had been waiting for me to come down and help him go get this. Absolute terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner was extremely rude to other customers in the store and then to me. He was rough with my hand when I was trying on a ring and had zero respect for women. The way he spoke to me was without any dignity what so ever. I visited this store in person a decade ago with my best friend. We live 3,000 miles apart, so we each purchased a Cape Cod bracelet that day as a remembrance and still wear them today. I have since purchased from Cape Cod Jewelers online a few times - most recently, for Christmas. I purchased the Cape Cod hoop earrings for that same friend. When I ordered online, they did not offer wrapping, so I inquired about that option via customer service and offered to pay extra. I ordered online from here at the recommendation of family and friends who had in the past. I ordered a Cape Cod bracelet for myself, and 3 others for gifts. The online order process and service that I got when I ordered should have made me write this back then, because they called me right away to confirm and go over my order and were very nice! 6 months later, and mine broke! I emailed them, and explained I would hope to send it in for repair if possible. They emailed back right away and said to send it in, they would try to repair, and if not, they would replace. I mailed it yesterday afternoon, they just called me and informed me that they cannot repair it but have already prepared a new one to be mailed back to me today! Horrible experience at this place, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! Purchased a bracelet for my 10 year old daughters birthday and it was too small. We went to exchange it 12 days later (14 day return policy) and the owner would not exchange it for a different size due to a "scratch" that I surely could not see, mostly because it was not there. (bracelet did not fit, therefore was not worn....ya see??) The owner was very rude and dismissive, and generally unpleasant and nasty. We were not even asking for money back, just an exchange for a larger size. At any rate, I am a Cape Codder, I work in Barnstable, and I will surely be vocal about my experience at this second rate store and its' dope of an owner. 0 stars. Owner guy was a dick to my girlfriend and myself when we bought a bracelet there last month. He was rude and talk down to both of us and was not accommodating. Less than 24 hours later without having worn the bracelet there was already signs imperfections/tarnishes (poor merchandise). I went back to have it exchanged and the owner guy claimed it was not his bracelet and did not sell it to us (liar, i had the receipt and credit card transaction to prove it). Then he went on to refuse giving us an exchange (despite the 30 day exchange policy on the website). We finally got him to exchange for another, and he gave us a dirty bracelet that he then made us clean before we left with it. After 3 times of my girlfriend putting the bracelet on/off the screwing mechanism is already stripped and it is now too loose to wear. The products are s*** and the owner is a shady f*** a$$****.
