Actually the patch is free but recalibrating the sensor and balancing the tires was $13 but whatever that's way cheaper than a brand new tire and a deal considering that labor at an auto shop is usually charged at a much higher rate. Came in 30 min early to my appointment and was quoted 90 min for them to take a look. Only took them 60 minutes. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy. Comfortable chairs in waiting area. Lots of wifi and outlets to work. Coffee and water available. There is also a TV where you can see them working on your car which is nice. Location is also next to a few restaurants if you rather grab a bite while you wait. Great experience from beginning to end.
