We decided to sell everything and move to South Texas to start a dream of full time RV life. We contacted Frances about selling our home and she got right on having a photo session and getting us all signed up to start the process. What was super awesome was the fact that we had a contract on our home in 17 DAYS...in a Down Market!! She also referred us to an estate auction where we could liquidate the majority of the things in our home. We had a large amount of items that we had inherited from our parents along with many items of our own to liquidate and downsize. We are so happy with the exceptional service we got during what was a very stressful process of selling of our family home. She was very thorough in explaining anything that we didn't understand and very prompt in getting all of the paperwork to us for signatures and getting it back to the proper places for filing before our closing deadline. We had a few hoops to jump through and we also had to replace our roof. She found us a great roofer that gave us a really good price on an excellent roof. She had several people come and give bids until she found one that she thought was good quality and a fair price as we were having to pay it out of pocket. We were super appreciative of that! Downsizing, liquidating and selling your home is a very difficult process and Frances' sweet personality and wonderful professionalism makes it so much easier to deal with. Call her if you are considering selling your home or if you're looking to buy. You will be very happy that you did! 806-626-2298

The Park at 54th is the worst possible place to live in Amarillo, Tx. If you read nothing else,…read moreread this: Rent somewhere else. While I lived there, the apartment flooded twice and it took them SIX MONTHS to repair the water damage. Worse still, the apartments are unbearably hot year round (even if you leave the air conditioning unit running non-stop). On several occasions the entire complex went without consistent hot water for weeks on end while the apartment complex denied there was any problem. Who can live like this? At one point, we literally had to contact the city in order to force the management to install smoke detectors in every room as required by city code. But do you know what the icing on the cake was? The horrible, unprofessional, and spiteful staff. When we finally ended our lease (we're slow learners), they charged us for a window that had been cracked from the OUTSIDE of our apartment by the grounds keepers. Nothing, and I mean nothing, could ever compare to the horrible renting experience we endured at the Park at 54th Apartments before we closed on our new home. No apartment complex is perfect, but this place is the scum at the bottom of the cesspool. When shopping around for a bargain-priced apartment, skip this place. You'll be glad you did.
